Well apparently I was already signed up:confused3 just no points. I filled out a quick survey, added in my address & voila! 125 points! And you are right, we get a Disney dvd (the boys are begging for The Princess & the Frog on DVD, go figure that one!:rotfl:) and I know they gonna rip into it once I do get it.

You could always do what my parents did, and buy the movies without the kids around and make sure you get the cards out of the case before they get to it :)

Yay! I think our account's at about 70 right now. We haven't bought a DVD in a while.

I follow a site called "Hey It's Free!" And I get alot of freebies out of there, that really came in handy for our Disney trip (deodorants etc in trial size). They also had Disney Movie Reward Codes! Some worked some didn't.

I LOVE the countdown chain! :lovestruc I don't know how you think you are not creative, it looks great! :cool1: And those figurines you got are adorable, I'd love to start collecting those too, but they're so expensive! I've been trying to get into collection Disney snow globes for a while, but they're again, very expensive, and it's annoying buying one at WDW because you have to have it shipped to your house, since there is liquid in it, you can't bring it on the plane with you! :confused3

I joined the movie rewards and then the movie club so we racked up a bunch of points... i just haven't decided what to use them for!

I've read the first few pages, but honey, you are a gal after my own heart. I was born in Charleston, but now live in NC. Those first few pictures of Pawley's Island, Bubbe Gump Shrimp, and Boone Hall Plantation are home to me!

I'm along for the ride--you (we--I'm going the week before you) don't have too long now!

eta: and as far as Full House goes, my husband in his younger years when he still had all of his hair, looked freakishly like Bob Saget. People still say they think he does.

I love your countdown chain! That is a great idea to hand it on the banister! :goodvibes And aren't you lucky with two countdown chains?! Next time you're at your parent's house you should take a picture so we can see! :yay:

I love your countdown chain. I am ready to make ours, but we still have about 250 days, so it would be sortof long.

Like where you put the countdown chain!:goodvibes

I was just looking at the disney rewards prizes the other day. I really like the Jim Shore piece you got. I think I am about 200 points shy of that one, need more Disney movies!:rotfl:

I love the countdown chain! I did one similiar like your sister did last trip. It was easy!!! All cut & paste, just like in Kindergarten! I have no Disney figuines, yet. I would love my very 1st one to be Cinderella or the Castle. I just have way too many great memories with Cinderella now to ever have another Disney favorite character.

Thanks! I was pretty excited with the way it turned out, but it keeps wanting to fall apart!

He's got a ton of great Disney figurines that you can find on Ebay for a pretty good price!

I love your countdown chain! The figurine's cute, too :) I used my movie rewards points on a set of DVDs about Walt Disney and then on a compact mirror with the Red Queen on it :)

Thanks! I was tempted so many times to use my rewards points on other things but I was determined to get a Jim Shore figurine!

The countdown chain looks great! :)

Thank you! :)

Thanks, you make me feel better about my creative abilities! They can be pretty expensive, but you can find them on Ebay for a pretty good price. I notice sometimes that the DisneyStore website has a lot of really great sales on their snow globes!

I would definitely recommend the Jim Shore figurines! They are gorgeous!

:welcome: That is so neat that you were born in Charleston! I absolutely love it there! :lovestruc Where do you live in NC?

What dates are you staying? Maybe we will cross paths!

That is awesome that your DH looked like Bob Saget! I am a Full House fanatic!

Thank you! I will definitely take a picture of the one my sister made. It's hanging in my room at their house and I love it!

Thank you! We had 252 days when I first booked this trip. I can't believe how quickly the time passes! Yours will be here before you know it! :)

I would definitely recommend this Jim Shore piece. It came in the mail today and it is HUGE! I was thinking about selling it on Ebay but I decided to keep it. It is really awesome, and I can't believe it was free! :goodvibes

I live close to South of the Border. I absolutely love Charleston--my first ever real nice vacation was a spa weekend at Charleston Place. Have you ever stayed there? Oh, my heavens, what a place!

South of the Border is one of my signs that we are on our way to Disney! I have never stayed at Charleston Place but I just love that area so much! We go for a day trip to Charleston every year during our family reunion to Pawleys Island. I love to go on the ghost tours!

Have fun with the planning pages I emailed you!!!!

Thank you so much for those! I can't wait for this weekend. I'm determined to get my binder completely organized!! :)

I love your countdown chain - so fun!!! :goodvibes

Those Jim Shore figurines are fabulous, aren't they? I don't have any but I always stare at them longingly...maybe I need to be earning some reward points too! :rotfl:
