I know the RR stops at Frontierland & Toontown. My question is this:
Does the RR NOT stop at Toontown b4 10am? I know Toontown doesn't open until 10am (at least it didn't when I was there in Sept) so I wondered if it just skipped this stop until Toontown opened.
