At first, I was kind of annoyed I couldn't get that sun glare out of the photo, but now I kind of like it. This is from the garden in Japan:

I believe you are right and it is Minnie's house. That was what came to my mind first!

I know it was toon town, Minnie's house is probably right, it was taken in 2000, so I don't remember exactly where,
