I had one other idea, & would like opinions on it. I was thinking of somehow doing a white chocolate shell on top of the cheesecakes. I'm not sure how to do it though.
I'm thinking it would add a hint of the choc. flavor, but not enough to detract from the taste of the cheesecake. What do you think about that idea? Thanks again
I just wanted to add that I found a recipe for chocolate glaze on cakecentral.com. (great site) Would it work to replace the bittersweet choc. with white choc?
Not sure about the white chocolate but I just wanted to say that if it is a disney themed wedding you can order one of these for the top
