Glitchy for me (again). Been trying off and on all morning to change some ADRs and FP+. I keep getting booted back to the login screen about 8 out of 10 times that I try to attempt to make changes. Sigh.
They're definitely having issues again. There's a broken link for Annual Passholders under MDE - I get the "HTTP 400" error, and it's been this way for quite some time for me. Additionally, whenever I try to check availability for rooms for this weekend, it dumps me on the main landing page with no information on it.

Yup- it's down yet again. As stated before- this is completely unacceptable for a large organization like Disney. If we had a business-critical system go down for so long and so frequently, I'd lose my job (I am an IT Director).
Glad I printed out all my hotel, dining and FP+ information. Right now I'm just not very confident in Disney's IT systems.
