Happy Weekend, Everyone! I guess everyone is outside enjoying some nice Spring weather or something? I hit a few yard sales this morning, took the kids to McDonald's for lunch, listed a few things on ebay, and now I'm doing laundry so it's catch up on the DIS time!

I'm thrilled about getting the $114 AP rate on Wilderness Lodge for our August trip - did anyone else here take advantage of those AWESOME rates??? We're also going to St. Pete beach for 4 days prior to coming to WDW, so it's going to be a wonderful trip and I CAN'T WAIT!!!

Gotta start working on the itinerary now! Oh! One thing I already booked is the Epcot Aqua Seas tour for my DH and DS who is 12. That's the one where they dive in the Living Seas aquarium and can wave at the Coral Reef diners! My DH loves to SCUBA, and I know my son will love it, too. It's going to be a surprise for them, and I'm not telling them about it until time for them to check in at Guest Relations! I'll have to sneak their swim trunks into my backpack for that day!

Catastrophe Canyon 96 gets it unique smokey flavor from the ash particulates given off by the tram tow vehicles. It's not bad but the best diesel laiden water come ironically from any ponding basin along the roadway where the WDW busses pass. Nothing can compare to WDW water flavored by the particulates from a Detroit Diesel two stroke.

Even though it's a little late, Happy Mothers Day to all you mom's out there. I think we have....umm....4 around here?

Wilderness Lodge....I love that resort. You must try Artist Point, if you haven't already. There's so much to do at the WL. I'll be staying there on my next trip I think!

Nicole, nice to see you come for some water instead of just bumping into things.

Final scores for the WDWWDS Survivor Tribe:

OT - 3410...I guess that's why I am tribal chief
Jas - 3138....pretty good, but a late season push for the top position fizzled out too soon
AP - 2152...pretty respectable for a Fantasy League newbie. I'm expecting an even stronger performance in the Fall.
Madonna - 1397...the "Ryan" of the tribe...well at least it's not the lowest on the DIS.

I hope we can field a bigger team next season.

Congrats to Jenna, I guess you're not all that bad for a twig...like that Jas??
