As the resident Josh fan, I was upset last night, but to see him with his little girl he looked so darn happy. So you will not hear the regular Buh-Bye that our "other" Seacrest usually gives.

Thank you Josh for allowing us to get to "know" you, for not hiding your emotions and then for knowing when to get it all under control again. You are a great singer and we will all see you again someday, most likely in Nashville. And I for one, cannot wait.

So with that the last finalist with a personality who likes to actually "work" the audience was voted off. Now we continue on to find America's "most boring" Idol.

I was so sad to see him go. That finale was a real tearjerker. He seems like such a sweet family man.

Did Kimberley look extremely p'd off when she went to the bottom 2 or what? Every other contestant has smiled, nodded their head as if to say, "Ok America, I respect your opinion", and hopped on down to the stage. I don't remember if she's been angry like that the other times, but last night she sure was.



So Lizzie...do you have plans on meeting Boss or Madonna while you're in WDW?

Actually, since my computer crashed last week, I didn't talk to either of them. I know Madonna and I are at the Poly at the same time for 2 days. She's ending her trip as I start mine.

I have no idea where Boss is staying. I guess we'll have to look for those green ribbons.

Was it me, or am I seeing too much into the fact that Kimberly gave Clay and ruben a kiss when she was told she was in the bottom two, but not Josh?

The producers have to do a a better job on the commercial breaks. they go off for that last break before announcing who goes and no sooner do they come back from break then Ryan says Josh is it. It just seemed so cold after teasing them for 3o minutes with the incessant commercial breaks.

I got that same impression when Carmen was eliminated. It was almost like "Thank God they''re gone".

Yep the build the tension then blurt out "Josh you're gone" was rather cold. I think Seacrest does that to mix it up a little and try to be unpredictable. Stupid. He does the same thing with the alternating "Josh you're........in the bottom two" and the "Josh.....you're.......safe." All it really does is screw with people who are hanging on his every word, which includes the contestants.....like they need any more tension.

I think there was a time constraint at the end because of the zillion commercials they have to cram into 30 minutes. They cut Josh off during his song, as well.
