WDW Transportation for Early Tours?

I booked three tours yesterday for my upcoming trip in May. I wanted the 8:30 times but the CM said if I did then I would have to take a taxi to get there by 8:15. Since MK, AK, and Epcot all have Character Breakfasts does Disney not run early character breakfasts buses. When I mentioned it to her the CM asked where I was staying and when I told her POP she said, 'Oh no, you would have to take a taxi'. I booked the Sedgeway tour for 9:30, but went ahead and booked Backstage Safari and KTTK for 8:30. I really hate to take a taxi two days in a row though. Does anyone know how early Disney transportation starts from POP if you have an early tour or PS?

There are Character Breakfast buses from all the Disney resorts early each day. You can hop on these for your tours.
As Tyler (Disney bus driver) often tells people on these boards.....NEVER listen to transportation information from anyone not wearing purple pants!!!!!
Only these bus drivers know for sure....NO ONE else on the phone or front desk, or any other CM seems to have a clue about transportation.

We booked the 8:30 Safari tour in AK and the 8:30 Keys to the Kingdom Tour in MK. Each morning we took the buses to the parks. Give yourself at least 45 minutes as the buses do not run as frequently, unless your park is an early entry that day. But we had no problems getting to our tours.

Thanks! I think I may call them back and change my Sedgeway Tour to 8:30am too. I'm an early riser, like to get an early start every morning, and why pay for a taxi if I don't have to. I wish the CMs would keep a copy of the transportation schedule nearby. I ran into the same probelm on my January trip and got talked into making PS later than I wanted, because the CM said Disney buses wouldn't be running yet.

Pay no attention to the CMs on the phone. Buses WILL be running. Just be out at the bus stop 45 minutes prior to your time, and you'll be all set.
