Since you are looking for WDW related, not necessarily movies, and M names two pop into my head for girls:

Mara (restruant at AKL) or Maya (restruant at Coronado Springs). I'm not coming up with a boy's name with an M right off the bat...

ETA. Melvin or Max ( both names used in WDWs Country Bear Jamboree) might be good ones for boys
