WDW Fast Pass Question

Hi,

Heading to WDW (but I'm a regular at DL). My question is about fast passes. Do you have to go on the fast pass attraction at WDW during the exact time issued, or is the fast pass really available the rest of the day. In DL, even if your fast pass says to return between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m., you can actually go back to the attraction any time after that and it's accepted.

FP's are valid for use after the earliest Return Time on the pass, through the end of that day in that park.

There can be occasional exceptions (likely due to unusually high numbers of guests in the Standby line, or just a "green" CM at the entrance) but those exceptions are very, very rare.
(And, the "exceptions" usually will evaporate as the time gets later and/or the CMs' shifts change.)
