WDW Explorer 2nd Edition

Is WDW Explorer 2nd edition any good? Please post "reviews"

I bought it because it was in the $4.99 bin at Staples. It's okay, but very limited - and the songs that they chose for the background music are loud and can be annoying. Would rather hang around here . . .

If you have the first one, don't bother with the second - not much new stuff was added. But if you don't have the first, the second is lots of fun - hidden mickeys, trivia questions, a timeline monorail, etc. It's a good, quick fix if you get the WDW withdrawals like I do

For $4.99 you can't go wrong...

Schmeck, plotting to go to WDW in July, if hubby will let us sneak away without him...

My no vote is assuming that you already have Edition I. Number II doesn't have very much added. It is a good collectors item. Sadly, I paid $35.00 for it on E-bay. Live and learn!

Don't expect much about Animal Kingdom and do realize that a lot has changed since it was released and you should enjoy it. I keep wondering why they don't release an up-to-date version?

I have the second edition and the first, both are just fun to play with. They both don't have the most detailed info, but they do include alot of pictures. You can find both for dirt cheap so you can't go wrong.

I have the second edition and LOVE it! It is a great fix between visits and my DS5 loves to play with it and find the Hidden Mickeys in it. I wish they would make a new version.

The second ed. is a little dated. It predated AK, although it gives a "sneak preview."

I'd loaned mine to a friend and keep forgetting to get it back! When I saw this I wondered if indeed there was an updated version, but it doesn't sound like it! I really enjoy the World Showcase tidbits - my kids just like the movie of Splash Mountain! I need to get this back, so that my girls can spend some time with it before August! Thanks for the reminder!
