Yes, it looks like we will be making a mad dash to Rapunzel! We are starting off Monday AM at MK and if I am reading schedules right, MK opens at 9 that day and it sounds like the first Rapunzel show is 9:15 so at least we won't have to stand in line from an early opening hour until 9:15.
I'm wondering if we should splinter off and send one parent to the site for the princess M&G for a FP while the other one makes a beeline for Rapunzel; that way we could knock out all these lovely ladies our first morning. (PP, I'd love to do Akershaus! We are hoping to make a return trip during a Free Dining period so we can do some character meals; unfortunately, we missed out on that for this trip since it's so last-minute. The challenge for this trip is to see how far we can stretch that $200 gift card we got for signing up for the Disney Visa! Who wants to eat in the Orlando heat, anyway?
So should we make our first FP the Princesses or a Fantasyland ride? Which one would be an easier FP to get later on in the morning? We'd probably aim for Peter Pan or Pooh, although if I know my daughter, we are not going to be able to get on anything before we ride that magnificent carousel. And frankly, she will probably be so starstruck after Rapunzel that we might just have to sit down and just look at our surroundings for a while. We will have another day at the MK to rush to the rides if need be.
BTW, i love the suggestion that DH go back at night to experience some thrill stuff on his own. Now i just have to make sure he's experiencing the rides and not the princesses...
