WDW 50 or Merry Event @ MK?

What is happening at MK for the 50th? Fireworks?
On nights with Merry event, is there 50th Fireworks?
Merry event doesn't seem worth the money, what are u getting? Christmas Fireworks?
Would u do MK on Merry event day? or on another day?
Can you still shop on Mian street once Merry event starts

Both what? Are you just asking if you should go to MK on the same night as Very Merriest After Hours? I would probably do a different park that day and arrive at the early 7pm time and catch Enchantment before After Hours starts. I don't believe there are any specific 50th anniversary activities or events.

Last minute trip in November. With all the changes, I'm not sure what I should be doing. I had just found about the Disney Merriest After Hours Event. I know its no like the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. Its more money for less things as was the Halloween. Yet it is still on my mind.

What are the selling points to go to this event? Those who would do it, why?

Are there any 50th Anniversary Fireworks and/or parades? If so, would they still be happening during the nights with the Merry event?

Going for a short trip and I'm trying to figure what's best. And want to make it different and special as I am also turning 50,

Yes, on Very Merriest nights, they will show Enchanted fireworks during regular park hours and then will have a full parade and a holiday fireworks show during the Very Merriest event. This is more than was offered for Boo Bash which only had cavalcades and no special fireworks.

For clarity, there isn't really 50th fireworks. They debuted Enchantment on the 50th, but it's not specifically a part of the 50th celebration and isn't some kind of tribute or anything.
