Man-oh-man, I just got the most tempting e-mail from Disney Visa this morning. Four nights five days value resort, with theme park tickets and FREE DINING. Available for a couple of specific weeks in Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec for something like $75 per person, per night double occupancy. Don't remember the exact figure, but it was looooow.

If any of you have Disney Visa and haven't gotten the offer...I suggest giving them a call....limited number of rooms bla bla bla....

Good Morning Mammalians!

I am so happy that it's Friday. I was very pleased yesterday to learn that it was Thursday. I thought it was Wednesday.

I have been so busy this week that it has reached a level where it's is absolutely absurd.

I no showed at 3 meetings because of a crisis with software releases, I also have our intranet going live on Monday.

At 7:30 AM I thought about getting a cup of coffee and finally at 4:00 PM had enough time to walk the 20 feet to the canteen to get one.

However, at last the weekend is here.

Grocery shopping tonight, and Comcast is coming late tomorrow afternoon to install the cable internet line.

Ethan has a male teacher this year and I think they all forget how it was to be little. I feel bad doing my job because they want me to yell at them for talking in line while going to lunch. I talk to my friends if I'm going to lunch

I hear ya! That sounds like prison! I've been to lunch at Tyler's school and there's nothing but talking because it's when they get to see friends who aren't in their classroom.

Good morning people!! Long time no read! How is everyone doing? I'm so excited because we booked a cruise for 11/1/08 this morning!!

Wow, hi Susie! How the heck are you? Great news about your 11/1 cruise!

We are okay - we've had a rough summer. My mom had emergency quadruple bybass surgery while we were on vacation in Vegas. It was scary, but she's doing great now. We had a setback about 3 weeks after her surgery because my 27 year old niece was killed in a car accident - it was the darkest time my family has ever gone through. But we are coming out of it now and just trying to get back into our normal routines. Things are good and we are blessed.

Brian and Meghan are on the 11/1 cruise as well, so we'll be seeing them again.

We miss you too!!!

I wish you both could come with us!! We knew they were going and we weren't sure if we could do it. I am being laid off of work on 9/30 and I start a new job on 10/1. But my new boss (who I worked for before) said "book the cruise, have fun, we'll make it work!" - so we did!

Speaking of that, do your ever supplement the plan with extra veggies? I'm planing on having those on hand for any 'mental hunger pains'. Keeping, in mind, of course, Ian's warnings about abusing zero point veggies!

Angie said to give it a year after quitting smoking for some energy to come back.....I'm hoping that will increase my metabolism too......don't know, just hoping. I still have to wait until New Year's eve to find out.

Wow Deb, you're so close to the one year mark! We're all so proud of how well you've done with quitting.

Deb... I wish I had more advice on wound care... Keep lots of gauze around...

Of course the most famous thing is having a religious figure weeping... (usually either a picture or sometimes a grilled cheese... )

So... if the Virgin Mary shows up on the gauze.......

(ebay... we need to pay for the Tortola cruise...)
