Ok, I replied on the other thread, so if you are interested go back there!!!

Monday 25th August 08:thumbsup2

Pooh...I'll be in Key West that day. Maybe I'll be able to get online, but probably not at the right time.

Which hotel are you in Dec? We've switched to CBR for the 11-14th (Mousefest).

Let us know how the movie was. We saw X-files tonight - it was ok but I don't think anyone who wasn't a fan of the show would like it.

I'm staying at CBR, but before the cruise. After the cruise, I'm staying w/my cousin and her family and I can't remember where (but it's not CBR)

The movie was funny to me, outrageous in many parts, way over the top in the satire. I can see why there's controversy over it. There's something in it to offend just about everyone and no sacred cow is left unskewered. It's pretty vulgar, too. Tom Cruise is hilarious. Not everyone in my group liked it, although no one hated it. But even those who were lukewarm admitted to laughing.

Ahhh but honey you always win gold in my eyes!
:cool2:

Awwwwww...how sweet! The floor looks great, too!

LOOK: They've left a light on....waiting for us to come to Disneyland!

It's just around the corner! I can't wait!

Hi Marilyn! I'm off to dreamland now...

Goodnight to you Cherie. I hope we get to meet in December. We are there from Nov 29th to Dec 16th.

Tropical Storm Fay is, at the moment, due to make landfall near Tampa on Tuesday.

V - how are things down your way?

Thinking about the 2012 Olympics, if any of you are planning on coming over, bring waterproofs and warm clothing!! If this August is anything to go by, and the weatherman said yesterday that it is average weather(!:confused3 ) then they had better build roofs over all the venues.

 Speaking of weather......we are waiting for Hurricane Fay, the first one this year to even come close to Florida, and it has decided to go straight up the middle of Florida just like Charlie did 4 years ago!

I guess we are not expecting too much wind, just mostly rain rain rain rain rain. I'll have to use my big Mickey umbrella today!

Should be all over by Thursday. :cloud9:

::MinnieMo ::MickeyMo Today is our 35th wedding anniversary! We have a caregiver for Patrick and we are going to the Angel restaurant at Mexico in EPCOT tonight.

Congratulations on your 35th wedding anniversary Conne. I hope you have a lovely meal tonight.

Yes, it does look like plenty of rain for you there. Winds too I see on the forecast.

Hi Marilyn, Yes, we are planning to come. The dates are 7/27/12-8/12/12, so it is a little earlier and we were thinking it would be hot and wet there, but I guess we really have to be ready for any weather. We are hoping to do a month in Italy, France and England - 1 week in Italy, 1 week in France and then 2 weeks in England getting there one week before the Olympics begin to get some sight seeing in and leave before the Olympics end to get home and watch it on TV. I've been watching the web site and get email alerts about the progress. But we are anxious to see if Chicago gets the 2016 Olympics too. It will be announced on 10/2/09, but we suspect it may go to Rio (S. Am. has never had an Olympics) or Tokyo (it's been 54 years since they've had it. Obviously we hope Chicago gets it. I have a goal to see as many Olympic Stadiums as possible, so far I've been to LA (obviously - went to many of the 84 games), Montreal, Barcelona - have only flown over Atlanta. Here's the website for the Olympics.

Sounds like a great trip Kelly. It would be great to be in the stadium for the opening ceremony.

I hope Chicago gets the Olympics in 2016.

The Raspberry makes it possible. :thumbsup2 I's not getting other stuff done though. :rotfl2:

Did you see my post to you on page 148 #3709 of the Remember the Magic 3 Thread?

Jan :earsgirl:
Probably, but I don't remember it, so I'm headed to look now. :thumbsup2

OK, got it. I hope it's a thing of the past, only time will tell. The big test will be when he starts school in a couple weeks and has to sit and focus and do work and try to deal with the frustration. That frustration is what ends up making him lash out most of the time, so we'll see how it goes. His dad did say he practiced writing for a half hour over the weekend, so that's a huge improvement over 5 minutes at a time. Only time will tell.

Beautiful pics Holly!! I LOVE airshows. Sadly we don't have one up here anymore. Abbotsford down south has a big one that I have never had the privilege of going to as of yet. Maybe one day.
Unfortunately, it wasn't really an airshow. The airshows I remember as a kid, had the Blue Angels, and stunt planes, a Stealth plane, and tons of cool things flying around. This was just a few little planes sitting on the ground to look at. But it was free, so that's better than nothing! :goodvibes

I didn't even notice we were close to ending the other thread. I must check if I missed something but probably not tonight. What happened to all the champagne buddies? Oh well I got to drink a bottle of champagne ;)
I went to bed early with a mild migraine. It wasn't a major pounder though, and I managed to get rid of it by morning by taking stuff a couple times during the night. :thumbsup2 I think that's the first one I've had in 2 weeks, and am amazed at how quickly it went away. I love my drugs! :rotfl2:

I'm here... going to sleep and probably poke in before the storm comes to visit florida... and college classes for fall start on thursday.
Stay safe during that storm. Good luck starting classes! What classes will you be taking?

OH MY GOSH, I have to try to remember to show that picture to Tyler. Since age 2, he's insisted that he is a firefighter (but now he's a firefighter/paramedic). He's never just pretended, or just says that's what he'll be when he grows up, he insists he already is one. :rotfl: He'd love that picture for sure! :goodvibes

Found you!

Sitting here at work - keeping a watch on Fay. I live in Polk county where at this point we're under a Hurricane Wind Watch (Osceola is under Tropical Storm wind watch). Wondering if my appointments are going to hold for tomorrow. Will be calling the dentist atleast at lunch (appt is at 3pm...GP appt is at 1045a so don't think that will be a problem).

Get to go to Publix tonight --- nothing to do w/ Fay....need cereal & milk, plus some other food. Also need to stop by CVS to pick up an rx.

Can't believe the Magic is on her way home again.....hard to believe that we got off the ship 85 days ago.

My friends who just arrived at WDW yesterday will be so bummed if it rains the whole time. They're there until they get on the Wonder on Thursday.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY CONNIE!!! I hope you have a great dinner tonight. :lovestruc

Ken & Shannon: LOVED the pics on the last thread of your hard work in your entry. Looks very nice! Great job! :thumbsup2
