Just notice they are closed on Monday. But maybe a Sunday reservation would be a good idea, as they can accomodate larger groups and we can add to the reservation if we need to. :thumbsup2

Time of day is up to you.

.

Well, house is clean and company has come and gone (great time had by all) and I have finally caught up on the thread.

The name of the show is, "Ghost Whisperer." I like watch it too. Sukie is too ashamed of me to discuss it.

One of my favorite shows.

The new kitten also got a name finally. We changed it to Panama Jack, PJ for short. Panama after the cruise and Jack after Captain Jack!!! He is a wild, bouncy thing and refuses to let me sleep.

My injury turned out to be we still don't know what. But that friday I stepped on a tennis ball and pulled a leg muscle.

I hope eveyone is doing well. I hope to be in WDW in Dec, 2009. I hope some of us might meet up. I know its far away but as of right now thats looking like the soonest we can get back since we are going to Ohio next summer.

Jill, where will you be in Ohio? We are about 40 miles east of Columbus.

These are all great, Jill. :thumbsup2 I really need to get my craft tabel picked up again and start playing with the stuff from our scrapbooking class. Now that my pictures are downloaded, I can see if I have what I need for the book.

Jackie, finished my scrapbook and got my pictures in it. Had a great time doing it and have now finished one for Mickey and have started one for my granddaughter. I have definitely gotten the bug.

I thought ya'll might want to see why I haven't been here recently. I have been doing alot of swaps.

DCL page made 4 of these. I did 6 pirate Mickey too but can't find my extra, will take a pic when I get it back soon.

Jill, these are great. My DH has bought me a Cricut Expression and I can't wait to be able to make things that look as good as yours.

Marilyn... it's gonna be tough to get him to take the time for anything...but we will be working in LA alot so I may try to sneak in some time at DL... Him kicking and screaming maybe... but if he loves me... :lovestruc (he'll give me his credit card and let me go wild at World of Disney!!!) :rotfl2:
OK, I'm lost here. Who's the guy? Is this like a boyfriend? For how long? How did I miss this? Working in LA? What's that about?

We took a stroll up the street and went to see Dark Knight this afternoon.

It was funny watching it because it was shot in Chicago, there are scenes that take place outside the building I work in.

I found the scene with the ferry boats interesting. I wonder where they came from and how much it cost to pilot them over to Chicago on the lakes from wherever they came from.

I was wondering if they were ferries from up around Mackinac, or, were they brought down from Canada, because we don't have any ferries here like that on the lake.
But was it good? That's another one I want to see.

I also want to see Sex and the City AGAIN!!!! It was so great!

Oh goodie!

Test drove the Tucson...loved it. Like it better than the bigger Rav4. (interesting the wheel base is only one inch different though) I think the great warranty and the super adjustable lumbar support will be the deal maker here. I love the idea that the warranty will last twice as long as it takes to pay for the car. :thumbsup2

.
Sounds great Jackie! What will you name it?

Good answer :thumbsup2

Herein lies the value of venting--you got it off your chest and now you can answer him in a way that is civil and in keeping with the quote at the bottom of your post. We listen and he is none the wiser!

Jan :earsgirl:
Yup! And it helps when I jabber a mile a minute and don't let him get a word in edgewise. :rotfl:

Will you discuss the pros and cons of each option with him? He may have a perfect solution and if it is HIS idea then he won't be as disappointed if something goes wrong. Kids are good like that.;)

Jan :earsgirl:
Already done! The first thing he asked me, before we even left his dad's driveway, was "When does the fair start?" I told him in 2 days and he said, "The day after tomorrow!" I explained the dilemma to him as well as both options. He liked the idea of waiting for next Saturday better because that way we won't have to worry about rushing home to get to bed to get up early the next day for work & school. And if we get rained out, we'll still go in hopes it stops while we're there, but if it's storming and looks like it won't clear up, he told me it's OK because he already would have gone with the school. He just doesn't want his free pass from the library to go to waste, but it's only worth $3 anyway. Adults are $5 and kids 12 & under are $3, with free parking. :thumbsup2

Ok so I had to post this. Matt is putting together his new grill and I am keeping Panama Jack busy. So I am Dising and he is watching and starts attacking my screen. He was trying to play with the moving smilies and other things in people signatures!:lmao: He was very upset I made him stop but went to nap at the other end from me.
:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Well, first off, that line from LOVE STORY is stupid. :sad2: Good friendships and good marriages require commitment and communication and "never saying you're sorry" is neither.

Secondly: Have your own ? what? :confused3

Jan :earsgirl:
Love story. The story that I somehow missed, and it looks like you're in the dark too. Michelle needs to SPILL!

Oh Jackie, wait till he sees your smile!! This may be the start of something. LOL.

So instead of a movie, we ended up going to the public library. After picking a couple books, Tyler was looking at the videos in the kids' section (he only scans the rows for the word "Disney") and pulled out a DVD about Oswald the Rabbit and told me he looks a lot like Mickey. I read the back and learned that Oswald was before Mickey. I'd never heard of him! He really wanted to get it, but already had one where MIckey and the gang to Prince and the Pauper, Three Little Pigs, etc., and he also wanted Blackbeard's Ghost, and I only let him pick 2 DVDs, so Blackbeard's Ghost won. It's a really old Disney movie that I've never heard of. I think it said it's from 1964. Well, we get home, fully intending to watch Blackbeard's Ghost before bed, and I realized I'd forgotten to get the little lock strip things taken off! We did the self-checkout, so I didn't even think of asking somebody to do that. :headache: They don't open until 1pm tomorrow, so we have to wait in suspese!

Tammy! Where the heck have you been hiding?! GREAT to see you here! How are things going? How are the kids? How's the new puppy?

Tammy, you're going on a HAWAII CRUISE?!

THAT'S AWESOME!!!! :yay:

Jan :earsgirl:

Be careful, he may get you fired and himself a cushy VP position. :rotfl:

Jan :earsgirl:

Nah... Planky's going for CPO... Chief Planky Officer...

Ya gotta love those kitties... he'll be back to play...:goodvibes

How cute. But he's probably not alone in attacking the screen.

I try to attack it often... usually when it's stuck...

Kids do have a way of making a plan that is sensible for them when given reasonable choices from which to pick! :yay: TYLER :thumbsup2
