You are not a bad mom! I cannot tell you how many times Dennis and I have said "don't have any kids, oops too late!!!" But, ya love 'em so you continue on. It is especially hard when you have had such a rotten day - and we all had them! - and then some fool posts on FB how wonderful their kids are!

When I was reading it and make me think about Olivia as she can be hard work for us as she is deaf child as I thought we can cope with her *** we know what deaf child like but it was hard work... Olivia and I can be clashing together sometime.

Now she is 12 years old and much better calm depend on her mood as she have mood swings every month

Another hand she can be lovely girl, sometime she was so horrible cheeky to us grrrr

No matter what you think as you felt that you are bad mother but you are not.

You need break to Hawaii cruise and enjoy your freedom

I'm surrounded by sick people! My boss's wife was sick the week leading up to them leaving yesterday for a trip to Costa Rica, and I had to be in her office quite a bit working out stuff for the weeks they'll be gone. My buddy Jayson (the other attorney at work) is REALLY sick, doctor told him to take a few days off to get better, but he can't because with the boss out of town he's the only attorney left so every piece of work is on him, and of course I'm near him most of the day every day. 1 of the 2 kids who I pick up from school is sick, and so is her mom, and of course I see both of them all this week. EEEEEK!!! Time to pump myself full of Airborne.

I am sad that I am going to cancel Fantasy Cruise for this Oct which I was so looking forwrd to.

The reason that the flights are far too expensive and few months ago, we booked NCL Spirit with Deaf World Cruise for next year in Europe.

Ian felt two cruise are too much also flights too dear too and much better in Europe.

I will contact DU to cancel it or move it to another dates but cannot decide yet.

Trouble that I don't want to cancel it? Is it me? I realised that kids are grown up and can be expensive for next disney cruise?

The airfare is certainly a stopper for us to even consider doing Med or another TA.

I find myself in possible trouble.....

My friend from college (guy I've been seeing) had training in Orlando yesterday & today so he stayed with me last night Not only did we have a good time BUT he also likes Disney/Pixar movies! We watched Finding Nemo, then started Lion King 1 1/2 (he fell asleep during this one).

Edited to add.....forgot to say that HE chose the movies, not me lol

Deborah - sorry about having to cancel the Fantasy, but at least you have the cruise in Europe to look forward to....what ship/line is it on & where are you going? Amazing how big the kids are getting....love seeing the pics on FB.

Then I went on to read and my thought was it's not a problem at all. phew

That's not trouble....that's great news Mon. I'm SO happy for you. It seems he not only likes you but he likes Disney too, which is an absolute necessity for you. It seems to be going very well.....getting better everyday. I say enjoy it!!!

I have to be over there for the champagne girls....off the top of my head, I can't recall any single men posting. But that doesn't mean that they are not on this cruise. I'll keep an eye out for you and let you know.

He ended up having to take a job in a jewelry store (management track) since the construction biz is so slow.......thing that sucks about that is that he needs to work every Saturday, & at least for the rest of the month doesn't have 2 days off in a row.

Good thing about this, is that they're saying either Orlando or Tampa for his managerial post...gee, that would be terrible, wouldn't it?? To have him be 1/2 hr from my house (store is near where my office was) or about 1 hr (if in Tampa).....def better than the 3 we have now.
