Yes, I did tell him about how I used to get them so often and so bad that I used to have to be driven to the emergency room for a pain shot. He never felt well enough to come out of a dark room but we were able to text for about an hour last night and watched a mutually favorite TV show together from separate houses.Make sure you have your migraines at the same time Holly and not waste precious time!!

Way to rain on my parade and stomp on my enthusiasm. That's the story of my life with them and why I had about a 3 year span where I cut off all contact with them (just my dad's family, not my mom's). She so hard to reach. Been trying to call her for a month, but she emailed me a couple days ago and told me she's been getting all my voicemails but leaves early in the morning and stays out playing all day. 
So upset about how racist my family is. Was excitedly talking to my stepmom about my neighbor friend and she said "As long as he knows he's only a friend" and started saying bad things about their culture and to be careful, etc. Then she asked "Isn't that food disgusting?" And talked about how the Indian neighbors bring her and my dad food and she throws it away right after they leave, won't even try it because it "looks and smells disgusting".
THEY disgust me today.
Now.....when I talk to my mom about him, I KNOW she will say "as long as he makes you happy". So I need to talk to her today to balance things out.
