I plan to squeeze in a lot of fun! My main co-workers are 5 awesome ladies and we're trying to figure out what we all want to do every night. This is the only time each year we are all together - 3 work in San Diego, 2 in Vegas and me in Florida. Plus we'll have 2 people from HQ in DC coming this week so we should have alot of fun.

And I'm sure I'll be posting pics on facebook during the week too.

We had a little snow today, on and off, but it melted as soon as it hit the ground, now it's raining/thunderstorm. Supposed to be almost 60 tomorrow, but then snow Tuesday and Wednesday, and cold, cold, cold for the 10 day forecast. 20s and 30s. Should start warming up early April here.

Surprisingly, just fine. Chuck told me he didn't get a chance to get the meds refilled, but reminded me that the school has a couple weeks of one med left that I'll be taking home from school when I start giving him both doses in the morning tomorrow. That was the only mention. He was happy as a clam, then we spent time trying to figure out how Tyler's every other week with each of us will be affected by 2 vacations next month. That's confusing, but I think we'll get that sorted out this week. I have an idea to run by him tomorrow. And that's it. Easy as pie. What a relief.

Of course, if we see no change this week by adjusting the med this way, I'll hear "I told you so", but I can handle that. The doctor never said this would be the answer, just that we should try it for a week.

Off to bed to start another busy week. I've learned that Tyler did have 2 good days last week at school, Thursday and Friday, so fingers crossed for more this week, hopefully a whole good week.

Busy week. Lent study group Monday evening, meeting with the school social worker Tuesday afternoon, school event Wednesday, Cub Scouts Pinewood Derby Thursday night (Tyler's car is a hearse this year, weird kid, LOL), Friday after school we're going to see a movie, Saturday is the school carnival, Sunday church and probably cleaning day or just REST. I don't know how parents with more than one kid survive.

We loved this season of V even more than last and really hope it gets renewed - though it's not sounding likely

I hope it doesn't get cancelled its nice to have something different to watch.

Hey Shannon... Please tell Ken in between all his running for office stuff... that he's slacked off with getting winter pics of the new house!!! (and tell him to post here first)

It is dirty mucky out and things are slowly melting. Hopefully the driveway will get completely cleared off before the we get more winter.

Morning all!

Spent the weekend with my leisure host agency training....went to Universal on Saturday...toured the 3 on-site hotels, then got to play in the parks. Saw Lisa & Darrell....too funny! Yesterday went out to the Dream....for a 2 1/2 hr tour.....so hard to get off the ship! I didn't see any friends on board (crew or passengers) so that made it a bit easier.

It was super windy & the water was rough, so I didn't feel all that wonderful while on board...then with the bus ride back to POR, I was happy that I made it. Went home after that & straight to bed - didn't wake up until the alarm went off this morning. Still not feeling 100% today...more of a headache.

Hoping I have a decent day....people all around me are in pissy moods, so don't know how it will be.

V - great to see you back!
Shannon - please tell the kiddos & Ken "congrats" for me. Congrats to you too for the contest win (what did you win?)
Holly - hope Tyler has a good week.
Deb - I'll research tea in Nassau if I can today.

Hi Monica!

Well... it SNOWED... Holly!!!!!!

Only about an inch this time and I don't have to shovel anything... but it is very depressing to see the white back on the lawn.

First day of spring my butt!!!

Waiting to hear if the peepers come back (they are the tiny little frogs that sound like birds at night...)


On the sleep part...went to sleep around 2 am.. fell asleep around 6... need to work in it... tried not taking one of the meds.. but the pain got worse so I gave in... trying to figure out what is making me so drained and tired that I have to lay down and sleep during the day, then dealing with the pain at night... no fun..

I'm having one...

The house I was looking at has sold... so I'm stuck here at the condo for a while longer... I HATE condo/townhouse living!!! I've done it since 1988 and no offense to anyone... I hate living attached to anyone... I'm always afraid that my neighbors may do something stupid and put my house in jeopardy. Like there was a fire down the street from here 6 weeks ago.. there are fire walls, but I have a nutsy neighbor attached to me who had decided she doesn't like her smoke detectors and disconnected them. And then she turns off her heat... and uses and space heater (you know the ones that tend to cause fires!!!)

Well, the good thing... I still get to stay with my tree...

I guess I will just buy the townhouse from my mom and stay here for a while.

I hate the stairs too... Mom is good, but someday she's not going to be able to do them and I will have to see about that too...
