Hi All

I was wondering, is this for the May 2008 WB Repo?? If so, was hoping for some help?!?!?!?

My wife and I were on this cruise and had a great time well now we are doing and Alaska cruise and I went to pull out my door stuff and everything is missing (I think it got lost in the move).

What I am looking for is a graphic for a magnet. I remember seeing a few cool designs on here and on the ship. However, now that I need one I can't find one. so if someone can send me one or point me in the right direction I would be forever thankful.

Hi! Yeah... this is the PC cruise thread...

Here are a few links you can try... also sign up for the cruise meets thread for your cruise. Someone might already have done graphics for your cruise you can use.

Also google different characters and save them to your hard drive and then print them out on magnetic paper...

Michelle, I think he meant the graphics people created specific to this cruise. I honestly can't remember where to find them, it was so long ago, but I'm sure somebody will remember.

Yeah... there were so many people in our original group that aren't here anymore. I don't know who did them.

I'd suggest giving a shout out on the Creativity Boards (scroll down to the community threads on the main Dis page) I do believe that there are some people doing graphics for people (including the links I gave you...) (not you Holly... )

Monica - hope you are doing great! It was a weeks pass to the dance festival that was happening in our town. I gave it to my mom who was planning to buy one in order to see my niece in her many dances in the competition.

Michelle - quick be ready for the huge hug being sent your way! There did you feel it

Holly - you could also see about plants to keep away bugs. One year I planted citronella geraniums which were extremely low maintenance and reduced the mosquitos

Deb - sorry for the mess with Tristan. Hopefully when he gets back to Japan he'll get a wakeup call about appreciating all his family. In the meantime, you know you did the right thing, and eventually he'll realize it too.

Life has been busy. I'm banking overtime towards the cruise this spring. And extra 7.5 hours already this week. Ken normally drops the girls off in the mornings and I pick them, but this week it has been all him so far. It has been nice having him deal with dinner every night, even if I don't make it home in time to eat it

Deb, so sorry about your leg. I hope you managed to get to the would doctor and you managed to get something done.

Sorry about Tristan too. He still has plenty of growing up to do it seems. I agree with Michelle about not saying anything negative about his mom, though goodness it is so hard.

It's a tough one indeed... Maybe being back on duty will help him figure things out.. It may take time, but it probably will... He sees his mother as being abandoned... without knowing the situation.

If you have his address in Japan... give it some time and then write him a letter. If you have to, put a different return address so he doesn't send it back unopened... have someone he doesn't know address it.

And as hard as it will be... try not to be SO negative about his mother. Stay semi neutral. We did that with Emma. No matter what Lynda did to us, I never put it on Emma...

Are you kidding me.....I should get an Academy Award for the way I acted around Tristan's mother. I NEVER let the kids think that I didn't adore her. Until the line in the sand was drawn and I had to choose Casey or her. I chose Casey. Now she hates me. So does Tristan. But I never said anything negative about her to the kids.....just the opposite. I sang her praises while I wanted to barf.

I did write a private note to Tristan a few times on FB. He forwarded them to his mother to read and she twisted everything I said and spit it back out to Casey. I said a good Christan always forgives and I was accused of calling Tristan a bad Christan.

I tried. I now give up. It's sad, but I don't need the added stress and negativity. My brother won't give up. He'll keep trying. I'm finished. I didn't do anything wrong. I helped the kid out when his mother kicked him out. If his mother and brother have issues with that, then so be it....it's on them. Tristan made his choices and I will live with them.

Oh Deb, I'm sorry on all accounts. I hate how you struggle with your leg. Will you be able to take care of it while on the cruises? I wonder if it will be a bit better by then?

So sorry how Jane is behaving, how awful. The whole situation just stinks.

Yes, I always bring a bag of leg wrap materials with me. But I usually don't need to wrap as often because I'll be on steroids and the swelling will disappear.....so the leaking stops and the infection usually subsides until I go off the steroids. But that will be after vacation. So I should be fine.

The kid drove me to the doctor.....I was looped on vicodin. So I asked him to make a path from the door to the car so I could wear my slippers. It worked out fine.

Jane is only interested in two things.....control and money. I believe what goes around comes around. She will have her turn and I don't have to do anything. She will do it to herself. I can't dwell on it. I just have to move on from here.

Shannon, I love your confidence and optimism......if only it worked that way in the real world. Tristan will never go against his mother. If she unfairly holds me and my brother responsible for going against her wishes and never speaks to us again, then Tristan won't either. It's over. It's not going to change.

The ironic part is that Jane is nice to Casey now. She misses him. He visits with her and she is so sweet to him. But she still holds out against me and my brother. Go figure.

I agree Marilyn, UGH Families!!! Tristan will never see anything bad about his mom. She is his best friend. She can do no wrong. Instead of taking leave in June to be at his brother's graduation, Tristan chose to be home in March for his mother's birthday. He put in for his leave time before Jane kicked Casey out and everything was normal.

How could you pick your mom's birthday over your brother's graduation? A graduation is so much more special than a birthday. But it was his mother over his brother. He will pick her everytime.

Tristan is in the Marines, away from home, in Japan for the past year......if he has not cut the apron strings by now, he never will.

Tristan had a girlfriend that he said he loved. His mother told him that she was not marriage material for him. So he broke off with her.

Jane and Tristan share Tristan's money. They have a joint checking account for his income only. Jane controls it.

He's mommy's boy. He's 21 years old and has been in the Marines since he graduated high school. If he hasn't grown up by now, he never will.
