Cheri has arrived safely at the hotel. She now has to go pick up Ian at the airport.We will drive down and meet them early in the morning. Deb, unfortunately Jackie and Peg are not joining us at DL. They will meet up with Ian and Cheri later in the week in Arizona.

I'm signing off and heading home (playing on the computer at work). Can't decide about dinner...but I think Michelle mentioned pot roast the other day and now I can't stop thining about it! So maybe it's off to Mimi's for some home cooking!

Three years ago today I lost mom. She was in the Hospice for 4 days. I remember leaving the Hospice at 11:30 pm and running home to get online here. At midnight I booked my Halloween cruise ressies. It's strange the things you remember as time goes on.

I'm remembering mom all day today. I miss her a lot.

Tonight Will and I went to see Despicable Me at the Malta Drive In...

He's on his way to camp up in Schroon lake tomorrow... they came up tonight to get a break on the traffic... We went for chinese food and then Will and I were going to go to the Scotia Cinema, but his mom didn't like the movie playing... So I came up with the idea for the Drive In.. (he's never been to one... )

We saw 3 shooting stars...

We cruise together again on the LA Repo. We'll be doing another Champagne Girls. We'll give up rays and look for seals....and we'll do many Cheers!!!

Wish I were at DL too, but needed to save funds for the November adventure...car tags, car service and a booking on SW Air more than ate up my discretionary income for this month, plus couldn't get more than one day off work. VERY much looking forward to the slumber party at Cheri's at the end of the week
