I'm done catching up for now. I need to eat.

Hi to everyone I didn't leave a comment. I'll be back.

We have the same problem and I always say I'll be a great grandmother but Jon just says "No one helped us so why should we help them" :sad2: Hopefully they wait to have kids so we can travel without them a little before the grand kids are born :thumbsup2

Aye, I know... same with us...

We want to go to Las Vegas but don't think we make it as I don't want leave the kids and try to get babysitting for a week and think it is hard for us...

We think we just leave it now and hopeful we go to Florida next year April if Ian's boss agreed with it for times off...

Hi Gaylean.

About pole dancing I am too wee for it :rotfl::rotfl: like Karen had mentioned it that you and her too little ....

Marilyn I am confused about your talking about strip? for hotel or not I know strip is in Las Vegas but I think I am confused

Oh PC Cruise as I would love to do it again but time is wrong again... and I gave my husband Photo book of PC Cruise as he thought it was brilliant and I look at it yesterday oh we had a fab times....

Scottishwee35

Ian started using the term the Strip for the road outside Disneyland with all the hotels on. It isn't called that really. I think it is Harbour Boulevard or something. It will always be the Strip now though!!:lmao:

The PC cruise was THE best.

Ah I got it now :rotfl::surfweb:

Yes, PC Cruise was awesome...mmm..::yes::

Me thinks I have beaten Ian with that one!!

To strip or not to strip, that is the question!

As it happens we won't be able to afford the GC, or the other onsite hotels next January, so the strip it is!!!

:scared1:

OMG Marilyn!!! Does John know about this new career direction...? :rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao:

& just how do you think she affords all of these vacations??? ;)

100% Karenteed...

LOVE IT!!!

Well Ian is usually the master, so to catch him out is a sweet feeling for once!!!

Haha about the new career direction - perhaps pole dancing would be very toning!!!

We won't have enough DVC points for the VGC by January when we need to book a few nights at DL. Have to book some in October after the TA crossing, then there are the nights prior to our PC cruise in January, so no way will there be any left for after the PC cruise. Strip it is for us!!! I think we are too old to add on to DVC now. After what you said I went to look on Disney UK at the free dining promo for October, but of course it isn't just as good a deal for the 2 of us as for a family, and we would have to buy tickets which we wouldn't need as we will have AP's. I do like to stay onsite for some of the time, but I am also loving the offsite villas, though don't want to book one for the whole time we are there in October.

Oh the stress!!!

that's cause she's gotta fit the other 12 weeks at the BCV's...

And for those of us on the Inaugural Dream sailing...

.............................. IT'S ONE YEAR TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

More Dream news...

You know, there is about 3000 miles of land in-between.

Besides, we're third coasters.

I believe you were included in there somewhere... so which coast did you choose?

I've always thought 'lap dancing' sounds considerably easier - I've got a lap and I can jiggle it around!!! Job done!!!

Happy to try and help should you decide to.... :thumbsup2

I had to stop and hit reply before going on... I'm turning red just thinking of it... actually... Marilyn.. Planky wants to know if he gets to be your agent... :woohoo:

Hi

I just home from work as I forgot to take mobile with me to work...as I got lots of message and one of sad news that my dear friend Alison's mum passed away this morning as she rest so peaceful, no more pain....

She was ill with ovaries cancer as same as my mum...:sad1:

:hug::hug::hug:

I don't think it was quite 4:50 am but, if it makes you think I'm cool, I'm all for it :upsidedow People still say cool, right?

Yes G... you are still cool!!! :cool1:

We have the same problem and I always say I'll be a great grandmother but Jon just says "No one helped us so why should we help them" :sad2: Hopefully they wait to have kids so we can travel without them a little before the grand kids are born :thumbsup2

Wait until he has grandchildren.. if he's a great dad..he'll be an even better grandfather... :thumbsup2

I missed something and I'm not really sure I want to know what this is about.

Leave it G... it was bad to begin with...

I'm done catching up for now. I need to eat.

Hi to everyone I didn't leave a comment. I'll be back.

Glad to have you back!!! We've missed you! :dance3:

Jumping on for afternoon coffee break. :goodvibes

Besides... Mom's gonna be almost 79 that vacation... and while she is doing VERY well.. she doesn't like to do the parks the same way anymore...

If she wants to go sit by the pool with a good book and a nice fruity drink... I'll feel much safer with her at the GC than at some other hotel... Just me, though...

She did like the CG though... but the beds are high... seems to be a theme at the deluxe hotels... I'll have to either get her a step stool or a nice hulky guy to help her into bed...

Although Sukie will be jealous... :rolleyes1

Michelle, your criteria fits the definition. For the Queen Mum the perks of location are worth the extra cost for GC :goodvibes

:grouphug: sending lots of :grouphug: your way

We could definitely do San Diego if we can find a sitter. Where are you staying? I would love to go on a cruise with you but the kids aren't off until the next week and we don't have a sitter that will take them to school. Everyone lives at least an hour away.

If you ever decide to go to Vegas let me know. I know a cheap place that is a condo style. It has a kitchen and a living room. It is close to where you wanted to stay so you could walk there. We stayed there and it is great and it saves to have a few bottles stored in the fridge :rolleyes1 I'm kind of glad it didn't work out this year because we are going in May for my niece's 21st birthday. Vegas twice in one year in just crazy.....

We haven't got hotel in SanDiego yet, but we're looking at getting something right close to the airport and cruise terminal. I think our flight arrives at noon on Sun, March 14th, so we'd love to have a dismeet that afternoon/evening :goodvibes

Thanks for agreeing with me... & for that... you get to come to Kaz's pool party... :thumbsup2

Yeah! All are welcome!! :grouphug:

But wait a minute - my Guide hasn't rung me back yet!!! I'm getting nervous... :scared1:

...
The PC cruise was THE best.

Believe it or not, for me, this next PC cruise will be even better for me. Tyler is horribly stressful to travel with, but I still keep doing it, every time hoping that it will be better.....but this time I KNOW it will be better because he wasn't even on meds last time, not to mention him just being older and more aware of what's going on with him and how to cope better. :thumbsup2 CAN'T WAIT!!!!
