I shouldn't be on this early (was hoping for a lie-in) but builders woke me up and now I feel like poop!!! Not happy...

I don't tend to feed Planky either... he gets very mad and raids the fridge and leaves a mess in the kitchen and crumbs all the way back up tot the office...

I am fine and went along to join in WW but I noticed that I lost half stone before I join in mmm

I had enough with my weight and want lose some weight for my brother's wedding and this cruise in July...

I got text from Alison that her mum's funeral is private so I cannot go up for the funeral so my friend and I will deliver the bonquet when she come home after the funeral....

She texted and tell me that her mum left the letter and gift for her and she was shocking as I thought it was a lovely things and I told her it is good to memory of her later...

There's a news item that may have gone unnoticed about Uganda. They are trying to pass a law for the death penalty for being gay.

More than frightening in this day and age.

Did you hear Tim Tebow is going to do an anti abortion ad during the superbowl??? My niece and nephew who are very religious are praising this... on their FB profiles all I could do was sort of say something about it taking over where Bud Light leaves off...

Just back from my follow up appointment with the specialist. All well and have the OK to travel. Had further blood tests to see if everything that was raised has settled down, and will be having another untrasound of the area when I return. It would be good to find a reason for the attack, but I am not too hopeful they will if they couldn't when I was in hospital, but I am pleased they are doing some follow up work.

Glad to know it went VERY well.. I still want to know where you are going...

Now I have to share a cute story with you. Kaleigh got a note from her friend at daycare yesterday.

Kaleigh told me last night that she can't get married yet, she isn't big enough for the fancy dresses.

Well... a better day today... my butt only hurts about 1/2 as much as it did... the nerves affected also are attached to my tailbone...

I hate this... I was doing pretty good for a couple of days then I got a flare up... I guess I shouldn't have bent over too long to scrub the toilet...

Almost all of our snow is gone.. the ice broke on the Mohawk river last night.. it even made the news on the weather channel... it's not supposed to happen until about the end of March... part of the area got flooded out. But at least it broke and went downstream before it flooded out the Stockade section of Schenectady and Jumpin Jacks (although they said they got a crew in to lift all the equipment just in case they took their yearly "bath" early...)

I'll see if I can dig up a picture... it's pretty cool to watch - sort of what I think a glacier would look like if it flowed fast...

It's absolutely sickening. And I fear if Uganda do it, other African nations might try and follow suit. They bang on about HIV reasons and I know that's a huge and frightening issue in Africa BUT it seems to me (and I'm politically non-astute) that it has more to do with Uganda's regime having a legitimate way of killing off dissenters...

& yes Marilyn... it IS quite something to see... the first time I saw it I was amazed... it just moves all together...but we have several bridges and railroad tressels in my area and the ice gets caught and jams up. I love watching it, but when I also know that it can cause a LOT of flooding - even in my town... so when it breaks and goes.. everyone is relieved...

We celebrated my dad's 75th birthday at Sara's house tonight. It was a fun night watching Serenity play with their dog and chinchilla!

My back is so much better, I think it was just a muscle thing this time. I am going to go back to the gym tomorrow, but I'm just sticking to the treadmill for now. We go to Las Vegas in 3 weeks and I want to be able to walk!

Where is Deb these days? I hope she is feeling well, I'm missing her posts!

What is the update on Monica and Jackie and Cheri's cruise I don't do FB!

Hi Kathe, I'm here. I've been reading and not posting. I've had a little tummy bug and then there's the leg to care for so I've been resting a lot. I'm also trying to catch up on my TV recordings. After vacation I only had 20% available. Now I'm up to 40% available. I still have lots to watch.

I'm glad you back is better. Muscle pain is so much better than nerve pain....but all pain is bad.

I'm sorry to learn that it's been 8 years since you lost your husband. Hugs to you at this time. I was happy to learn that you celebrted your dad's 75th birthday and Serenity was there too.

Those three amigos are having the time of their lives. Cheri is posting on FB while they cruise, but she should be back on here when they get home.
