Thanks to all for your concern regarding the gunman :grouphug: I'm feeling MUCH better now. But I'm going to pursue getting an answer as to how the whole situation was allowed to happen. The employee that let him in hasn't worked a shift since that night so we have to wait until he comes in to question why and how not to ever let any one else into the building without the proper authorization again. Some employees are asking our union to become involved as well. Many , including myself, feel even if we had been informed it was the wrong way to deal with our bird problem!

You're so sweet and understanding. I'm still mad at such idiocy. I hope you get it worked out soon. I crown you from this day forward Ambassador of Diplomacy. You're equal status to Monica who has been crowned Ambassador of meet and greet.

speaking of getting sick...

The QM is under the weather...

I've plied her with chicken soup... and she is resting comfortably and with HER immune system.. will be back to her Royal Duties probably tomorrow... :thumbsup2

May she recouperate quickly and May God Bless the Queen.

....and Shannon is no where around either.

Canadian Football wiped them out... :rotfl2:

Weekend was busy and I didn't go on the computer at all. I signed onto Facebook on Friday morning and gave Shaelyn freedom to plant and harvest whatever she wanted. Kaleigh and her gave my farmer makeovers throughout the weekend. I think it ended up looking like Michelle's :lmao:

I did have a great weekend though. We took the kids to a little play that was in town called King Arthur's Kitchen. Shaelyn was :rotfl::rotfl: the whole time and Kaleigh was :lmao::lmao: most of the time. It was about 3 people working in King Arthur's kitchen and telling stories about it. Very enjoyable evening.

Sunday I got the kid Halloween costumes organized. Only had to make Kaleigh's kittycat cuffs, and put the kittycat tummy onto her shirt. Had to put together a garden fairy skirt for Shaelyn. All the rest of their outfits are store-bought pieces. Most of you probably saw the pics that Ken posted on facebook. But I'll share them again anyway. Okay, it turns out I won't since Ken didn't save them where I can get at them. Instead her's a picture of my sister, my niece and my daughters on Thanksgiving.

and just to join in, I'm a tiny bit achey tonight, with what else, a headache :headache: glad I have a stock pile on my migraine drugs for months like these :sad2:

Oh No Nan...not you too! I'm hoping it's and easy and quick bug. Feel better.:cutie:

Sorry for the post and run...but looking for a costume for the kids and saw this one. Thought it would be good for our new DISers - Abby.

Holly, they have a new product on the market....it's kind of like roach motel, but for mice. Look for it. I'll see if I can find a link to it.

Hi Shell, make soup for mom.

Cute pic, the girls look like they enjoy each other :dance3:

I'm typing without using my right thumb. It's hard because you have to space inbetween each word and I have to use my left thumb. It's very weird.

I saw the Rheuma Dr. today and I couldn't bend my right thumb at the middle joint. It hurt. So the doc puts a needle right into it and says it will be better in two days. OUCH OUCH OUCH. If I had known, I would have taken a vicodin. So I'm not going to blabber a lot tonight.

I'm awake!!

Nan, hope you aren't getting anything. All other poorly folk - feel well soon and lots of

Shannon. That picture is lovely - what happy girls.

Ouch Deb. I wouldn't like that. Next time that thumb WILL bend!!

Oh No Nan...not you too! I'm hoping it's and easy and quick bug. Feel better.:cutie:

I think I was just tired, not feeling bad today :thumbsup2

The play was good, a bit heady (topic was about a group of women from a Bosinan refugee camp)for Molly to enjoy, but I'm glad she saw the dramatic theater performed by high school girls.

Shortly Molly and I are off to girl scout halloween party, my co-leader is hosting, it was postponed from last week when it was to be at our house, I'm relieved to have it elsewhere ;)

The boys are on the way home from the track. Not much time on the track today, they shared the place with some motorcycles today, so not the best day to practice. that's ok, I'm just glad he is safe, I was worried about how his arm would feel first time out :upsidedow

Off to get ready, check ya later tonight :flower3:

She is such a sweetie, but you can't do that to her!!!!!!!

Oh, she is just gorgeous.:cutie::cutie:

Shame about the dress. We have all done that to something special haven't we?:sad2: Can you get another?

Ohh yes we have...

One day my mom came out to me when I got home from school... and she said "Sit down..." I said... "Grandma Died..."... "No...." and then she took out my FAVORITE sweater... my grandfather had done the wash... It fit my teddy bear... :lmao:

Morning Thieves!

I've been quite busy at work, then had a migraine each weekend (for the last 2) so have been off the computer at home.

Been trying to catch up....will make some comments...don't mean to forget anyone...

Bubba & V - have a safe but very fun vacation :)

Lisa (calmom) - thanks for the new pic of Abby:cutie:

Holly - glad the new schedule w/ Tyler is working out...hope the med situation gets ironed out. Sorry about the mouse/mice.

Michelle - hope you & Barb are doing better

Nan - Hope Speed's 1st day back on the track went well...hope Molly's feeling better  Continued :wizard: for Paul & the job hunt.

Ian - sorry you've been so swamped at work. Tday menu sounds amazing! Esp the potatoes w/ ranch dressing.

WTG to the losers  I'm down 4.8 in 2 weeks...trying to get back on track myself

Kathe - :scared1: for your bird man story!! How stupid can some people be??? Glad things are going well (even tho hectic) w/ Serenity & her dad at home...I know you're enjoying it :lovestruc

Shannon - sorry about the stuff going on at work

Glad to hear you're doing better... be at work tomorrow? I should be in by late afternoon... hopefully before you have to leave...

So which kingdom does she belong to???

May she recouperate quickly and May God Bless the Queen.

The Queen thanks you graciously... I took her to the diner for some soup... she is doing better...

Ahem... is there something wrong with that??

(NOW I know why there's a K on your farm... :cool1: :cool1:)

OWWWWWWWW...

Holly, it's only one day. When you wake up tomorrow you have all brand new points to start over again. Remember, WW teaches you how to eat healthy forever. If you slip off the band wagon....just jump right back on.

Kathy....OMG....REALLY A GUN in the store....whose bright idea was it to shoot a gun indoors anywhere for any reason. That person should be fired on the spot. Forget about whether they informed you or not...there is no way they should have been there doing that. I would fear for my safety with that person who made that kind of a decision to still be in a position to do it again. He or she should be so OUT OF THERE! Gone, Goodbye, Don't Come Back! IDIOT!!!!

Really glad that you're ok but you'll be scarred for life.

Hi Nan, Hi Shell!!! I still have not caught up on all the TV shows I recorded while on vacation and I'm home almost a month. I spent tonight looking at friends' pictures on FB and spending more money on more sparkly items on ebay. I'm getting to be like FL V. They have such great prices, I can't resist. I just bought a pink diamond ring to go with my earrings. Afterall, it is birthday time. I love pink diamonds.
Yes sweetie, you did read correctly....I bought more diamonds. I figured I had enough blue so I needed to go for pink.

The NEW you???

The You that wants to be healthy and feel good...

The one who puts her leg before the chocolate...

The one who wants to dance on Mickey Ships....

& the one who buys :lovestruc sparkly things...

THAT'S who... :goodvibes

See I told you she needs no encoragement :scared1::scared1::scared1:

ps.truck parts coming soon :rotfl2:

Two more days from now just about this time we will be getting ready for the much anticipated announcement about the DREAM. I can't wait to find out all about her inaugural sail and I want to be on it. So far it's:

Lisa/dl5
Monica
Deb
Gydell
Cheri
Vicki ?

Anybody else?

If they are offering a sailing from where the ship is being built I'd want to be on that, but I'm not interested in sailing it in the Carribbean (unless someone else is buying ;)
