I'm usually not a worrier (except when it involves Tyler), but all the strange skin issues I've been having me are kind of worrying me. I can't help but wonder if they're all related to one cause. I have no idea what that might be, but I've never had any of these strange things before, and for them to keep showing up little by little, it just makes me wonder. The stuff I described before, patches on my face that look like eczema, then the flaking, dry, cracking skin on my whole eyelids, then it spread to the lower lids, then growths started showing up on the eyelids like skin tags (2 on one lid, 1 on the other eyelid, a new one today on a lower lid), then on down to my lips, just above the top lip and right under the lower lip is scaley, then the strange patches on the upper chest, then the shaving cut not healing without antibiotics (and I've since had a 2nd shaving cut that is now very infected), and the almost plate sized bruise on my leg when I used to not bruise easily and certainly never more than maybe a quarter size bruise. I find myself wondering if the tiredness is related too.
Or......perhaps it's just coincidence and normal stuff due to getting older.
I have a doctor appointment tomorrow morning for completely unrelated stuff (annual yucky exam), and I'm going to show her all of these things and ask her if I should be worried or ask her if I need to go to a dermatologist for some kind of special lotion. I guess I just need people to say, Oh, quit whining, no reasons to worry.

I certainly am on FB way less than the rest of you. I don't like FB. I just have too many friends there so I go to keep in touch, but not everyday. I like it here. This is home and all my friends live here.

I will, however, NOT be tracking anything while on vacation. Sorry. I'll enjoy gaining a few and then I'll just take them off again. I found a great formula utilizing points that works for me. It's all a numbers game. Calculate then feed, not the other way around. It's really easy to follow once you get into the habit of doing it. I have gotten to the point where I sit down online and put in all the numbers and descriptions of all the foods that I'm going to eat until I get to the number that I want for that particular day of the week. Then I just follow the list and only eat what's on it. It works easily because I'm home every day. I'm sure it would be much harder to do if I still worked.
btw, today is weigh in and I went down another digit in the tens column. I love when the second number goes down. I'm working towards getting the third number to go down. That will take some more time, but I know I'll get there. It feels good to be moving in a downward direction.

)Hey friends, I recently was in touch with Linda/seaulater to help me in preparing for the Champagne Girls tasting on the Tortola cruise. Even though Linda is not on that cruise, she has a lot of DCL friends. I told her that I would say hello to all the Thieves for her that I'll see soon on the cruise. She said that she wishes she could be sailing with all of the Thieves again.
