Can you see if it's airing on the Soap channel? I used to record all of mom's soaps that she missed on the soap channel for her. If you don't get that channel, maybe you can find them online....or maybe you can just watch it online?

Sorry you missed it, but you're back to your regularly scheduled programming now.

No soap network but I'm not really all that worried about it....mostly being a pain in the you-know-where :lmao::lmao:;)

How funny! I'll bet you didn't know that I own the domain ozhasspoken.com? Give it a try. I've never built out the site. But one of my email addresses is my normal monika at that.

Why does this not suprise me ;)

You guys should really live here, in the Bay Area. I have people that you should "know" and should "know" you ;)

MONICA....did you see my PM about the fans??

I did --- have to go look at the website & then decided.

You know that you can send the stuff to my house if you want to, right?

You know, I almost moved to San Francisco back in 1978.

It's been hovering around 80 degrees here for awhile with a high humidity.
Yup, you're warmer than us. I think by Friday it's supposed to be in the low 80sF for a few days. :thumbsup2 But so far it's been in the 70s most days (except for 3 days in the 90s).

I'm going to try to catch up on these few pages and go to sleep right away. I'm too tired to be hungry for supper. I was just over a 1/2 hour late for work this morning. My alarm was set and was right by my head, but I must have just slept right through it. Towards the end of the work day, people commented on how little I was saying to everybody, but I was too tired to chat and was having difficulty staying awake at my desk. So going to bed about 6:30pm will give me 13 hours of sleep, so I should be well-rested tomorrow. :thumbsup2

Good morning.

Good news on the cholestrerol Nan. We have a different way of measuring, but it does look like it was very high before. John and I are borderline - I am slightly higher, but he has cholesterol lowering drugs and I don't:confused3 I think it is because he has more factors such as his dad died of a heart attack at 58 etc. We do the whole diet thing the majority of the time - skimmed milk, much less cheese(use half fat), less red meat and more fish(tuna, salmon and oily for John), use olive oil, etc etc. Not as good on vacation though, but as we haven't too high a reading......;)

Had a good evening last night at our Church small group BBQ. They are a wonderful bunch - all much younger than us and all enjoy a good time. Fortunately it didn't rain!!!

Also earlier in the day we met up with some old friends and ended up going to a country pub for lunch. Pretty good day all in all!!

Don't know what we are doing today yet.
Sounds like a good day yesterday, I love going to a BBQ in the summer. :goodvibes

Been there, done that....can relate. Going in the reverse mode again, back on track...haha...with the program and losing the few I gained last week. Even though I'm at the beginning of my journey....at least it's started and moving forward again.
Great job Deb! :yay: You're moving in the right direction! :thumbsup2

Holly - have you been taking the vitamin D like the doctor suggested?

He's definitely the one with the strongest bladder and certainly tries to dictate the bathroom stops.
I can just imagine the conversation as you two prepare for your next long drive:

Tyler: Mommy, I'm gonna wear my Spider Man outfit. What are you gonna wear?

Holly: Depends.

Holly if you are still awake how do you get the free entry for Mycoke rewards???? I can't find it again :sad2:

Hello!!!

First you close out pt13 then you race through 24 pages :scared1:

But I've found you :upsidedow

Missed everyone, hope you're all doing well. Looks like I have a lot of homework ;)

My son is still here after his surprise homecoming, but is leaving tomorrow morning.
