Yeah, I'm back!

Well, it's interesting, but probably not in a good way. I can't figure out what to think.

OK, do you remember me talking about Alejandro (Alex)? If not, he's a guy from Guanajuato Mexico that I was with for a year until I found out he was married. He called me one day and told me he couldn't see me any more because people told his wife back in Mexico about me. I had no idea he was married! Anyway, he sort of broke my heart a bit because it was the first long term relationship I'd been in since before Tyler was born. Tyler met him once and they really seemed to hit it off (they were playing pirates in my living room).

I haven't seen him since June.

Tonight when I went out for a drink with 3 friends, I ran into his uncle. His uncle told me that Alex was divorced now! He told me Alex went home to his wife in Mexico to see if how he still felt about her, and decided he's no longer in love with her and can only think about me.

I'm not sure what to think. The uncle told me Alex has been trying to call me for a few months. Well, I got a new phone number long ago, so he wasn't able to reach me. The uncle asked me for my new phone number and I gave him the wrong number because I just don't know what to think.

That's it. I left, came home, and am trying to figure out what to make of all this.

PLease send prayers & PD my way this weekend---I hope I can keep my mostly good food choices going while I'm at my sister's. I may have to make her take me to the grocery store so that I can get some stuff that I can snack on (like bag o' lettuce, clementines, popcorn).

I've decided I'm not even going to have any bday cake - I know I won't be able to stop at 1 piece. Maybe I'll look for the Haagen Daas Chocolate Sorbet while I'm at the store (it's yummy).

Monica... may I suggest looking for some Angel Food cake to take with you??? And some fruit to go with it???

Then you could have some cake and celebrate, but not over do it???

I think Angel food cake and fruit is what my mom's making for tomorrow night (family dinner to combine Kaliegh's birthday and my niece's)

Wow, that 13 year old boy whose 15 year old girlfriend just had a baby looks like he's 8 years old! He's shorter than Tyler! He just doesn't look like he should even know yet how to do what you do to make babies. Very sad and disturbing.

Raining here too. And I have to go out into it in about an hour to go to my WW meeting. I know I told you last night that I'm really considering throw in the towel. I said the same thing to Bubba this morning and from him I got a "WTH" I'm just frustrated cause I have increased my exercise and have been pretty good with my food, but the scale just doesn't want to move.

Don't give up V... take it each day and we're here for you...

One of our friends has lost over 30lbs in 5 weeks doing the Cambridge diet. Now, I don't agree with this kind of diet at all, but it has sure got her weight off quickly and she has tried all sorts in the past. She told me yesterday that it was 7lbs loss a week, but it has slowed now.

I remember trying it about 20 or so years agoheadache: ) but only stuck it for 5 days. I felt terrible and had awful headaches. It did shift a good chunk of weight in that time though. I would never do something like that again as I like to eat a balanced diet even if sometimes it consists of the wrong balances!!

Doesn't sound too healthy...

No I'm not big enough yet to PM the PM. However, I can PM the PMO. But more than likely I would PM my MP. But if I really want to get things done I would PM the MPA or even just the MPO.

But if I was dealing with the party itself I would probably PM the PO or even directly to the DPO. I do regularly PM the RO and have constant PM's from the NC.

As of right now, however, I am working on the Provincial election so I PM my MLA a little and continuously PM the CM for the election campaign.

But federally, no I do not PM the PM.

Oh that will be keeping your mind going for a while. At least with giving the uncle the wrong number you know he won't be phoning.
