also Haley's bday is next TUESDAY! I have not done a thing, my mom of course wants me to have a party, but we didn;t for samantha so I feel bad about that.
As Ken will tell you, we do go out. Actually, you acclimate to the climate. I'm sure to Ken and Shannon, 33F feels really mild after the more harsh temperatures they've been having.
Look at you two Deb and John!!! So sweet!!! A young John without a beard. Has he always had a beard whilst you have known him?
Is this the worst your legs have been? Will you start to have home care again? What will take to really get them better?
Oh, DEB! I am so sorry you are in so much pain! I wish I had some suggestions for you, but your doctor seems to have a handle on it. Have they ever really figured out how to completely repair your edema and heal all the sores so that you can carry on from there? Is it poor circulation? I have such terrible varicose veins that I often worry if they become open.
Keep up the good work, and do what the doctor says.....I hope you feel better soon!
Here's a cheer!Go Deb,Go!!!
Tylenol is only one among many popular medications containing acetaminophen, but few users realize that it is contained in hundreds of other pain relievers and cold remedies, and that combined usage has a cummulative effect. Fifteen percent of accidental overdoses involve the simultaneous use of more than one product containing acetaminophen.[19] Products from common brands include acetaminophen: Excedrin, Midol, Theraflu, Alka-Seltzer and NyQuil, as well as prescription narcotics such as Vicodin and Percocet. Following the recommended dosages for each, but in combination can far exceed safe limits for acetaminophen intake.[20] The manufacturers of Tylenol recommend, "You should not take two or more products that contain acetaminophen at the same time." [21]
It is snowing heavier now, and we are supposed to have another 6" - 12" by morning. it does look nice however!!!

Kelly - thanks for the info.
I broke my ankle and was on vicodin - when that started to make me too nauseaus they told me to take tylenol instead.
2-3 weeks later I had blood work done - my liver panel came back as that of a heavy drinker/drug user. Since I had the same bloodwork done 6 months earlier and my liver was fine then they said it was probably a lab error. I wonder if it was actually from all the acetominophen.
Not from that long ago (~12 years) but it seems like another lifetime

I was out pulling weeds at 3PM....but just did my tiny front year, because I got TOO HOT!
.
Keep talking.
I'd be very careful if I were you, when you come into our house to visit Cheri, Tallulah may very well stick out a paw and try to trip you.
Oh, I think the country has closed down!!John is supposed to fly to Amsterdam at 6pm, but it is looking doubtful. Trouble is you just don't know what to do. The airport is making an annoncememt shortly. At the moment all flights are grounded.
Hi Michelle!
We are cruising with HAL on 22 July from Vancouver, will be on the cruise for our 40th anniversary.
Our back yard looks like yours this morning, I think the last time we had this much snow was 1987!

Kathe,
I hope you're feeling better. A bit milder weather is coming this week. It's going to be in the mid to upper 20's here this week and by Thursday, it's supposed to get up to 43F! So, hopefully some of that will float your way.
Is Wilson smiling or crying?
Aw, great pictures Deb! I'm really enjoying getting a glimpse of everybody's past.![]()
