My vote is the Grand Mayan! You can make sure that it is top of the line. You have a dipping pool on your balcony, a spa tub in your room, maid service 3 times daily, and HUGE pool where you are waited on and can have beds to lay on instead of chairs. We are leaving Sat for 2 weeks!

sounds great! How much!!:confused3

Are you looking for a hotel room that sleeps 4, a 1 bedroom that sleeps 6, or a 2 bdroom that sleeps 8. They really can hold more but the resort won't let you have more. Check redweek.com for some rates. They are condos that are rented so other sites may also have them.

Sounds just wonderful.:cloud9:

Now I don't know how big your fountain is, but John says that you put bales of hay in a pond to control algae. Perhaps a very very tiny bale???:confused3

:rotfl2: :rotfl: :rotfl2: :rotfl: :rotfl2:

I have to laugh, not at John but at the size of the fountain and thinking of the look on my neighbors' faces if they saw a bale of hay sticking out of it!

well for 4 but a 1 bedroom sounds nice!

A hotel room is about $850 for the week, 1 bd is about 1100 for a week, and a 2 bd is about 1300 for a week. This also depends on the time of year. Redweek is usually cheaper. They also have a kids club that you can put the kids in for the day.
The Grand Mayan in Nuevo Vallarta has 2 wave pools and a huge slide and kids water area also.

haaaaa, I figure I'm so excited to help Ian because rightfully so I am of the age that I "should" be planning a wedding for my own daughter, but since we started so late I'll be too old to enjoy it when that time comes :lmao: :lmao:

Don't get me started on how old I'll be when I'm a nan, I think I'll have my grandkids call me nan, just makes it easy and sensible huh.

I told Nan to just make believe she was a little girl and had to make due finding that she had no Barbie, had to make due with two Kens.

It will be good training for her for her kids.

Besides, I have come to the conclusion that girls are groomed, nay engineered to do wedding planning, from their first Barbie and Ken, or the first time they throw a dish towel over their heads and play bride ... or is the dish towel when they pretend first communion ... or could it be pretending to be Song of Bernadette? I get confused.

I did wonder!!! :rotfl:

I'm being laughed at here too as it is a bale of straw not hay! what do I know?:lmao:

That isn't a bad price at all for what sounds like absolute luxury.

Holly - I love Tyler's "underwear on her chest" comment!

Ian, Marilyn and the other WiiFit users - I really my new cover - its slightly cushy and grippier (I'm pretty sure that's not really a word, but oh well). Ken's trying it now, and he just thinks its weird. We use the WiiFit in our rec room, which just has thin carpet on top of cement, I put the WiiFit on the yoga mat and its much easier on the feet.

I'm jealous of all these people planning trips! We're in the not planning anything phase waiting to see how my job hunting goes. I'd love to be heading to California for the wedding, and maybe the stars will align and we'll be able to!:)

Look what was in my email this morning -

On behalf of the Trustees and Executor of the estate of Late Gen. Farden Benson ; I once again try to notify you as my earlier letter was returned undelivered. I hereby attempt to reach you again by this same email address stated on the WILL. I wish to notify you that late Gen. Farden Benson made you a beneficiary to his WILL. He left the sum of Twelve million three hundred and forty thousand six hundred and fifty British pound sterling (12,340,650.00 GBP) Equivalently Twenty Four millions Five Hundred Thousand United State Dollars $24,500,000.00 USD)to you in the codicil and last testament to his WILL.

Let's see what I can do with it - let's all go on a cruise - my treat!

We vote for an around the world cruise.... Just wonder if we could rent the Magic for that long. If not I am sure there are other ships that would be willing to hire out for this fun loving group. :yay: :yay: :yay:

Geee, I have the same problem as Nan. All I get in our E-Mail is for enhancers and hardeners.

I think I looked at that one. I'll have to check it out. Thank you.

Now indeed, I shouldn't be fussy should I??:lmao:

If everybody goes off to Alaska we might just have to go too you know!

I know but I've been praying to Walt and he's going to help us out.

That's not too bad. After I looked it up, I thought it was going to be a lot more expensive.

We used pillow cases for veils and capes!

We can plan to go to Cabo together since we aren't planning anything either. We'll just make it far from now and hope it works out ;)
