Thanks for the anniversary wishes Monica. Molly was just fine. Her mum was holding her for the pouring of the water over her head, and Molly kind of threw her head and arms back, knocking down onto the metal basin. She didn't actually bang her head on the font thank goodness, but it shocked her and she cried for some time. Of course, once everyone knew she was ok, we all smiled and chuckled at her crying, which seems mean, but is what we all do don't we?

We had a good Church service this morning - hope you manage to get to your service.

Well, I did my research and have found 2 churches to try out - took me too long though to be able to go this week. I will settle for watching a service from Discovery Church on line here in about 10 minutes. I'll have to decide which church I want to try out next week.

On behalf of the Trustees and Executor of the estate of Late Gen. Farden Benson ; I once again try to notify you as my earlier letter was returned undelivered. I hereby attempt to reach you again by this same email address stated on the WILL. I wish to notify you that late Gen. Farden Benson made you a beneficiary to his WILL. He left the sum of Twelve million three hundred and forty thousand six hundred and fifty British pound sterling (12,340,650.00 GBP) Equivalently Twenty Four millions Five Hundred Thousand United State Dollars $24,500,000.00 USD)to you in the codicil and last testament to his WILL.

Let's see what I can do with it - let's all go on a cruise - my treat!

wow - went to our friends party last night and didn't get home until around 1!! Seems I have been gone from the field a while...and I must have a good ear, several people wanted to tell me all about their problems. Kind of sad really...one guys wife left him, one gal is upset her hubby is letting himself go....I am just thankful for my Charming.....

Now that I'm on cleaning, the latest argument Sukie and I are having is over algae ... yes, algae.

We have a fountain in the front yard. I want to put an algaecide in water, Sukie does not. He is in firm belief that the fountain splashes (which it does) and the algaecide kills or burns the plants it splashes on.

Yesterday, we were in Lowes when this argument started. I finally said, "OK, but I'm telling you that algae is going to clog up the pump, and ruin the motor."

After we came home, I spent most of the day on the front porch. At a point in the afternoon ... silence. The fountain had stopped.

I started checking circuit breakers, etc. I put my ear to the fountain and could plainly hear that the motor was humming.

I had to start bailing out the equivalent of pond muck, and disassemble the fountain. Sure enough, algae had clogged the motor.

Sukie stood there looking at me. I stood there looking at Sukie, and with the greatest pleasure and a heart more full of joy than I have ever known I said, "I told you this would happen."

Cleaning up the motor was easy. Realigning the screws in mucky water to put the fountain back together took me nearly an hour.

I need to go on the Internet and Google to see if there is a natural way to control algae, either that or sneak back to Lowes and secretly put algaecide in the water.

Coming out of lurk mode to:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

You two sound like a couple of long time married people. All you have to do now is make it official! Say "hi" to Sukie for me.

Happy Anniversary, Marilyn!

Donna

Nan, you're an official 'Wedding Planner'!!! I so wish we could be there.

That is what 'nans' do!!:lmao:

Thank you Nan. It was really very nice.

haaaaa, I figure I'm so excited to help Ian because rightfully so I am of the age that I "should" be planning a wedding for my own daughter, but since we started so late I'll be too old to enjoy it when that time comes :lmao: :lmao:

Don't get me started on how old I'll be when I'm a nan, I think I'll have my grandkids call me nan, just makes it easy and sensible huh.

Good Morning Everybody:thumbsup2

We stayed in last night and watch the film Flocker!! Oh it was so funny as I have see it before but Ian didn't.

Still have HEAVY RAINING:sad2:

Not good for kids to have summer holiday with it:sad2:

Awww, bless him.

:thumbsup2 but what is sour apple pucker?
I thought put Gin in too?

I don't know what sour apple pucker too:confused3

Just put apple, lemon, any fruit in.

Oh I love Sangaria, when we go to Spain, we alway have jug of it:thumbsup2

Oh well, I think I go upstair and have a late spring cleaning;)

Have a nice day and hope the fires go down and it was on News last night and on internet too.

Pucker is a sour liquor that tastes like a jolly rancher candy. Most people put brandy in it but I like this recipe. When we were younger we just put everything we had left over from a party in an ice chest and add fruit. So this is what we liked best. I like oranges and strawberries but you can put anything in it. Limes would be good too.

Paul is not having a Mommy Dearest moment is he? I fear when Sukie gets those Joan Crawford cleaning spates.

well it does seem that the big pot is also MIA...hmmmmm reports from my family tell me we used it for St Pat's corned beef, so it must be somewhere....

We use bleach but that would kill the plants too. Ours is on the patio.

I say dope the fountain, the small drops that fall can't be any worse than the acid rain in Chicago...:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Are you going to Cabos? If so when?

We all want to go back and don't know where to stay. You can probably help more than me because I just researched on-line through tripadviser.

we have talked about going at New Years, in place of the NYE cruise. Paul really liked Cabo.

My vote is the Grand Mayan! You can make sure that it is top of the line. You have a dipping pool on your balcony, a spa tub in your room, maid service 3 times daily, and HUGE pool where you are waited on and can have beds to lay on instead of chairs. We are leaving Sat for 2 weeks!
