I like Dasani. It's alot better than that other stuff they sold a few years back. I think is was gator juice.

Alright, I HATE Dasani!! I'll be mailing a case of my Arrowhead or unless anyone knows where I can get a case of Zephyrillis water (Arrowhead's Florida brand) for cheap....?? Or even Evian??

The "municipal water supply" that it is bottled in must not taste as good as the "municipal water supply" the evian or arrowhead is bottled in.

Seriously, this stuff all comes from local community water wells, and because they are governed by the FDA their water is actually allowed to be DIRTY (more parts per million) than regular tap water.

For the best/safest/cleanest water out there, you can't beat US City Tap water (and I am serious).

But to each their own, I just can't imagine spending more on water than I would on gas.... when I can get the stuff for FREE!

Costco sells them and will mail it. 24 count in a case for $6.97 shipped. Here's the link. If you are not a costco member, i believe you can still order, they'll just tack on a 10% surcharge i believe (we're members, so i'm not sure). We haven't ordered the water yet as our 1st WDW trip is in Aug and we'll be it ordering it then. Here's the link.

I drink Sam's Choice from Wal Mart so I guess Dansani would be a step up for me? Bottled water is bottled water is bottled water. Which we are encouraged to drink right now because of our drought situation.

I can't understand people getting charged up about brands of bottled water. I have read in many places, including consumer reports, that your city tap water is just as clean, if not more so, than any brand of bottled water. Also, people in blind taste tests that claim to dislike certain brands actually chose those brands in the tests.

We got ice water from all of the counter service locations we ate at on our last trip. We had no problem at all with the taste--it seemed much better than what came out of the drinking fountains.

Thats exactly what we do. I think the "taste" has more to do with one being ice water and the other being somewhat tepid (those drinking fountains have like 50 degree water!).

But any counter service will give you a cup of ice water for free.... no need to carry anything around, you can get it whenever you want, and it's guaranteed cold... that's my preferred method for staying hydrated.

I don't know if you can get it sent, but our Sam's club has Zepherhills water for a good price. And if you have a rental car while you're here, Publix carries it as well. I dont know about the other two grocery stores in the Disney area, but I know Publix does have it. I hope that helps!

(and yes, I understand the whole water thing. I've lived in Florida for 5 years now and can't seem to stomach the water! )

Dasani just has a weird taste to it and I'm so use to drinking Arrowhead or Evian that I can't stomach the taste of tap water (well here in Southern California anyway) then again, I have yet to taste tap water in Orlando.

Briggidge2 - thank you!! I might just have to stop by a Sam's or something while I'm there. I plan on renting a car and going Kennedy Space Center for a day!!

3 Brands of water, including cosco's and one of the major ones I can't recall, are all bottled from water where I live. But, the water here tastes about 100 times better than florida. I do get a serious kick at seeing the three water bottling plants here though and then seeing people buy that brand here.

It's canadian water though, and just won best water in the world last year. I posted the link in another thread. It is exported to America I believe.
