Would like to hear from families who have gone to WDW in November. We're headed back Nov. 11th...and are hoping to go to Blizzard Beach.
I see the water parks are open that time of year....and December also. But would like to hear confirmation from people that, yeah, it's warm enough to visit them that time of year!
Thanks.

I've been to WDW twice in November.....quite frankly....neither trip was warm enough to do a waterpark. And both times I've been there the first week of November. I've also been there in October (late) and for some reason it ALWAYS seems hot enough to hit a water park (we've done BB then).

In the past, the water parks have been rehabbed in October and November. One is usually open but not both.

We went to WDW last year Nov 8-15. Yes it was warm enough to go swimming and we went to Typhoon Lagoon. We loved it and had a GREAT time! The weather was cool in the mornings and evenings, but when the sun came out it really warmed up! My boys (3 and 5) wanted to swim every day. You probably need to be flexible on which day to go to the water park. If the weather turns cold then wait and go a different day. Good luck!

We were also there in Nov 03 and went to Typhoon Lagoon. It got a little cool late in the afternoon but it was plenty warm enough to spend most of the day there. The kids had a great time and there were no lines anywhere. It was a perfect day!

Typically, from Nov to Feb only 1 of the water parks is open while the other closes for rehab. This past Nov Blizzard Beach was closed, don't know what the schedule is for this year. Either way, you'll have a great time.

We always do the water park one day on each trip. When we went Nov '02, we did BB. Most of the week it was upper 70s low 80's. Temps did fluctuate a lot during the week. We did switch our originally scheduled day to the next day, because it was a little too cool for swimming. But when we did go, we had a great time. Last Oct '03, we did BB again and the temps were in the mid-upper 80s. Had a blast. We have yet to do TL. It shouldn't be a problem doing a water park during your Nov stay.

We did a water park (Typhoon Lagoon) for the first time last Nov.

Temperature was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

You're coming from colder N.Y. temperatures. You'll think its heaven. Water park wasn't busy either.
