Is it possible for a non-swimming adult (who is afraid of the water) to go to a water park and still have fun?

Do any of the slides and family raft rides end in just six inches of water or do they all end in a splash pool?

Which would be best: BB, TL or WnW?

Thanks for your help

family rides, lazy river, and speed slides are not deep. even the wave pools are fun without having to go in to the deep end.

I would vote for TL for a non-swimming adult. The tropical beach atmosphere is my favorite. They can bring a book and sit and read on the beach. My DH will take my DD's on some of the bigger slides and I'll get myself a rum runner then sit and read a book. Many people are just sunbathing and sitting around. People aren't in the water all the time. If you've ever been to a carribean island, that's what it feels like.

One trip, my DH and the girls dissappeared for a couple of hours so I went to the bar and had a lovely conversation with two CM's who were with WDW for over 20 yrs each. They don't swim but felt like getting a little "vacation".

The lazy river is waist deep, I believe and may not be the best choice for someone that is afraid of water. I prefer not to get wet, and I can sometimes feel like I'm going to flip. Not to mention, occasionally, some pre-teen fooling around will bump you. :wave2:

TL also has a shark tank, which is really a huge aquarium. My DD's are too small to swim it but you can walk underneath and watch the fish. That is fun.
