I am planning 2 water park days. I was thinking on making fastpass reservations for nighttime on both of those days but if weather is bad we would hit the parks. With the ability on getting more then 3 fast passes a day I would think night time fastpasses would be easy to get. Should we make our fastpasses for the daytime in case it is bad weather and switch them to night time if weather is good.

When are you planning your trip, what month? Weather has to be super bad to close down the water parks. We were at typhoon lagoon on Good Friday tis year & a big storm blew in. Most people ran for the exits. We stayed, t rained & we had to stay out of the water for about 45 min. We got the all clear & were part of about 100 guests that were left in the park for the last few hours it was open. No waiting for anything! Who cares if it raining, you're there to get wet, right?

You mean you're not supposed to bring your ponchos to Blizzard Beach? ?? LoL :rolleyes1:

I'm planning on doing this as well for at least one of our waterpark days next year (the other we'll likely be at DTD that evening.)

I figure we can hit the waterpark at opening, stay until about 2, then head to the resort for showers. We'll probably head to MK for that night and get threre around 5-ish. This will be a day I'm sure I'll love FP+ (will be our first experience with it and DH and I are apprehensive to say the least).

We are going mid August. Which means potential some rain every day. I would never not go because of some rain just don't want to go on an all day rain event. But I guess that does not happen too often
