We land at 2:08 and Blizzard Beach is open until 5. I’m guessing we won’t have enough time because we have to bring our luggage to SSR but maybe DH could bring luggage and DD and I could take taxi to BB? Or am I dreaming? We will have checked luggage.

Are you talking about separate transportation, your DH in one vehicle and you and DD in another? It might work but would be tight. If you get to the gate on time around 2 o’clock, you still have to deplane and walk to the little train that will take you to the main terminal, where y’all would all go down to 2nd floor to baggage claim. You and DD could walk straight out the door there and get a rideshare or taxi, leaving DH to wait for baggage. But the ride to WDW is a good 30 minutes from MCO, sometimes longer depending on traffic, so I wouldn’t expect to arrive at the water park until 3 or 3:30. If any delays anywhere, could be later.

But then again, the water park is free, so no penalty if you don’t make it, right? Nothing ventured, nothing gained!

Yeah I was thinking separate transport than DH. DH doesn’t think it is worth the attempt. We are going to Discovery Cove last day of trip so will get our lazy river then!

It’s not free for you as it doubles the cost of your transport to WDW, so that’s the cost for your 60-90 mins at the water park. I’d skip it & hit the hotel pool on arrival, Travel Day is tiring enough.

I also wouldn’t want to leave one person handling all the bags for a party of 3 in the chaos of MCO rideshare pickup.
