Has anyone received a refund for water park annual passes? We requested that ours be cancelled back in July 2020 when we cancelled our gold passes. I called back on Jan 19 of this year, as we had still not been refunded for the water park passes.
Called again on Jan 19 of this year. The CM advised that they were just starting to deal with water park passes. She took a look at my account, reconfirmed that I wanted the refund then put me on hold. She came back, confirmed my details, and confirmed that they had all been submitted for cancellation.
Still no refund (3 months later).
DonI need to call again or is everyone else still waiting?
