Water Delivery?

I was wondering if anyone has ever ordered a case of water from Staples/Costco/Amazon? How close to my trip should I order the water? What should be on the shipping label for the hotel (Contemporary) to accept it? Any other info....

We use Garden Grocer. They deliver right to the hotel and bell services will keep it for you until you check in. We were very pleased with the service, it was a $12 delivery fee, but we got water, diapers, milk, breakfast food,sunscreen and other items I didn't want to pay Disney gift shop prices for (we stayed at the GF). Might be worth looking into... Have fun

We have used Garden Grocers in the past. And they are amazing. But this time we are on DXDP and all I really need is water and we will use our other snack credits for food. I am concerned about dehydration in the June heat.

People have had a lot of trouble getting Costco to ship to the resorts.

The Contemporary has a convention center. When I stayed at the Boardwalk, the package I shipped down was delivered to the convention center. I couldn't carry it to the room myself because it was too heavy, so I had to go to bell services and ask one of them to get a cart and go over to the convention center with me to retrieve the box. I would think you would have the same experience at the Contemporary.

The convention centers are run by an outside company, and there is a fee when you get your package. The fee for a "medium size" package is $5. I'm not sure what the weight guidelines are.

The stuff I ordered from Garden Grocer was delivered right to Bell Services.
