Watchmaker on Main Street?

Hi! I'm a regular at WDW, but I've only done one quick day trip to DL. I'm now planning a great Halloween trip to DL/DCA. I'm wondering if either of those parks or DTD has a watchmaker like the one on Main Street in the MK. Basically the service is an artist sitting in the shop who will draw any character or image you'd like on the face of a new Disney watch for you.

I think it's in the Fortuosity shop on Main Street near Carnation Cafe. Left side of Main Street if you're walking toward the castle. The artist sits near the door. There are a bunch of big books or binders with watch designs you can peruse.

Yes, just like the PP said. We just ordered a watch there for my upcoming birthday.
