So, I want to buy a watch today for myself and have a couple that I like. The brands are citizen and bulova. These watches are all about the same price and so I'm wondering which is a better brand overall?

Also, which watch would you choose?

Bulova 96r04
96r19

Citizen Riva silver tone
or Citizen Corso

I have a Bulova watch that I really enjoy. It is the best watch I have ever owned and is well worth the money. Bulova customer service is great. I fell one day and had to send my watch in for repairs and it only took 2 wks to get my watch back. IMHO I like 96r04. It is classy and could be worn as casual or dressy. The other one 96r19 is to casual for and looks like a mans watch. The choices of Citizen brand I like the Riva. I do not know much about Citizen but I hear they are good watches also.

I have a Citizen Eco Drive Mickey watch that I bought at WDW last year.. it was about $225... I love it!!!

Out of your choices I definately like the Citizen Riva the best!!

How do you like the eco drive watch? I think its neat because its solar powered. The Riva is also solar powered, and would never need a battery.
Citien also has a 5 year limited warranty on there watches. Bulova has a two year limited warranty.
But, I still can't decide. I've also never spent this much on a watch before. I'm also very clueless on watch brands.

It's great.. I don't have to give it a second thought! This was my first pricey watch as well... I don't think you'd be disappointed in either watch. DH broke the crystal on his citizen within a week of buying it (totally his fault) & even though the warranty didn't cover crystals they replaced the watch without hesitation.
