Last night, these two women were shopping. They were so intent on what they were looking at, that they never noticed that the little boy almost tipped the cart over with a baby sitting in it. We don't have carts, that's why it caught my eye in the first place.
I yelled from where I was at, and luckily it didn't tip too far. But after that they finally started paying attention.

That baby was as happy as can be, just giggling and laughing at her brother?, in a split second, came too close to a trip to the ER.

Thanks for the reminder. Shopping carts scare me. DS can undo the seat belts now. But having him run around is scary too. I hate taking him to the grocery store.

That's a good reminder. Stores that we go to have started reminding parent over the PA to make sure their children are sitting in the cart and straped in. DD is at an age where it's getting harder to keep her sitting in the cart when she sees so many other kids hang on the back of the cart or stand in the main section of it. Of course she knows if she doesn't cooperate she doesn't get to go shopping and get a cookie at the bakery.
