We are leaving MCO on 10/12 and had a 12:20pm non-stop to BDL. I received an email this morning stating that they had changed my 12:20 to 12:30 and now it was stopping in ATL . . .
I called up and stated how I had a non-stop and now it was being changed to a 1 stop and stated I wanted the next available NON-STOP flight . . .I was given the 6:55pm flight with no problem or cost to me . . .
I'm not sure why when they make changes like that they don't email you and give you an option rather than just sticking you on the closest flight time without thinking whether or not you wanted a stop . . .
I mean you would just assume someone who booked a non-stop flight would want a non-stop flight . . .
I just figured I'd give the heads up . . .
