Good morning ladies~
So glad the weekend is over....it was a tough one! Keli, I was the same way this weekend...if the food was not nailed down or out of my sight, it was in my mouth.
Okay, but it is Monday & we can do this!! Let's just try to stay focused on our end goals and keep a positive attitude.
My goal for this week is to drink water, stay away from sugar, control my portions & write down everything that I eat. I think I've got the exercise thing down, just need to work on the nutrition & portions.
