Glenda- your post just had me chuckling! Stick with it, girly- you'll get better! I'd LOVE to do water aerobics (I have no coordination- but it sounds fun- and being in the water here is the only way I'll exercise outside since we're seeing over 100 degrees almost every day!)- but Hubby works a crazy schedule and I can't see investing money in a class if I don't know if I can go or not

Heath-and-Javen's Mom- that's right! Get back on track! Everyone loses the track, hell, I've lost all sight of it from time to time in the last month or two- but as long as you get back to it, you'll see progress, even if it's just a little!
Okay, so I feel like I'm bragging all of the time- please don't think of me as a braggart :S It's just taken me a looong time to actually get my butt in gear and actually DO something about my weight- so I'm really excited about it. But today- today, I can feel my hip bones!!! Of course, I have to press down and there are still layers upon layers of fat on them- but they are there! They exist! I just did my weekly taping and since we started- I've lost EIGHT INCHES from my stomach/hips area. That's crazy, huh?
Tomorrow's weigh-in, gals, whether or not we're PMing our weights anymore. Remember- we are each doing this for OURSELVES and yet each day, we are helping one another- telling about our downfalls as well as our triumphs. Don't get discouraged- if you haven't lost ONE pound right now- if you dug in deep, you COULD lose 22 pounds before the 1st of September! Now, I don't know about you- but I know 22 pounds would feel a lot different for ME! There's still plenty of time to kick butt!
