Ummm...no. I am a loser.

The spare bathroom is clean (minus the floor) and two out of three bedrooms are dusted (again, not floors). I need to dust our bedroom and clean our bathroom by tonight. That leaves me tomorrow to do the downstairs and Thursday to do the floors and laundry. Friday will be gymnastics, car wash, grocery store and last minute party stuff. See, it's a schedule, but a VERY lazy one...



Shay, I am one of the few who actually LIKE their in-laws. They are great--maybe better than my own parents? Seriously, I got lucky with them--no b.s., no clams, no problem

Now, if we are talking SILs, then THAT, my friend, is a different story indeed...

Now with my BIl and his wife I love them.

I can tell you it's not here ( 30 degrees, feels like 20) I think Mother Nature was teasing us with that nice weather the other week.

Good mornin' all!

I have been sick. It started with a sore throat last week and knocked me down about Monday! I don't have patience for this stuff.

I didn't get a flu shot this year and I thought I was gonna make it without getting sick once this winter but....nope. DS seems to be coming down with it next. He is supposed to leave on a band trip Sunday and I hope he gets a handle on this so he doesn't have to miss it.

How's the house cleaning coming along?? I really need to catch up on everything since I have been in bed for d a y s on end!!

The house is clean...as clean as it is going to get, anyway. They are my in-laws, not George Clooney. (Well, for him, I would only need to clean the bedroom... ) They have known me for 20 years--if they haven't figured out yet that my house isn't spotless, then shame on them!

My sister-in-law is due in town in a couple of weeks. DH will be out of town that week and he let her know. He told me not to open the door to her if she shows up at the house while he is gone....he doesn't want to hear about it from either one of us if we get together!

In a bad way. DH has 2 older sisters who like to tag-team me by causing trouble for DH. We often wonder why they don't get a life. We are so busy with our kids we can hardly keep up....and they are college/high school age! Surely, others can keep busy too.
