I've always brought along a small plastic tub (the one I use I actually got at the hospital when my son was born), a small bottle brush, and a travel size thing of dish soap. I pack all this in a suitcase and put other stuff in it too to save space. In the room I fill the tub with hot water to wash everything then rinse in the sink. When I'm done I usually stash the tub on the floor under the sink or somewhere out of the way and use it to collect the dirty cups and things until its time to wash again. It is kind of a pain, but it works! I also only bring about 2 sippy cups/bottles with me and wash often just because I hate lugging all that stuff around with me!
If he's using straw cups, bring extra Q-tips with you to clean the straws. I just put a dab of Dawn on the Q-tip, wash and then flush it out with hot water in the sink. They work great for the holes in the cap as well.
Have fun!
Tell the bugger he better start shaping up and learning to drink out of regular cups or Mommy and Daddy are gonna chain him to his bed at home while they go on a Disney cruise.
I use the disposable sippy cups from the dollar store and just toss them. There are usually about 5 in a package. They nest inside each other nicely, too.
We cruised last time when DD was 9 months old. We brought dish soap and a bottle brush. As I recall, the sink water got really hot so we were able to clean her bottles with no problem.
The Gerber take-and-toss sippy cups would be great, too. You can use them and not worry too much if they get lost.
