Sure:
Is this the nurse?
The above was after I said that there was a risk of getting E coli after all of those filthy hands were in the bag.
And again, I wasn't talking about how it could be acquired, but about how bad hygiene is the most common cause of person to person spread.
Oops, though this would include my posts as well, for context.
Poople don't harbor that type of EColi on their fingertips.
Is this the nurse?
No, there really wasn't.

Why do you continue to spread incorrect information?? Its NOT from bad bathroom habits.
And again, I wasn't talking about how it could be acquired, but about how bad hygiene is the most common cause of person to person spread.
Again with the falsehoods. My post referenced the Mayo Clinic and the most common/typical way to acquire e coli. NOT every way to contract it - just to be clear.
No need to contact the CDC, but thanks!

I guess I'm the first person you've encountered who does that. I always wash my hands, after filling my plate at buffets. I also wash my hands again, if I go up for refills. TBH, I try to avoid buffets as much as possible, for this reason. I also wash my hand, after handling menus to order my meal. My DH isn't as much of a germaphobe as I am. He puts salt, pepper, ketchup, etc. on my food, because I won't touch the dispensers without going to wash my hands again. FWIW, I don't think I'm going to get e. coli from these things. I just feel more comfortable eating with clean hands that haven't touched anything but my fork & knife. Even then, I wonder who has touched the fork & knife. I realize I overthink things like this, but it's just who I am.
