Rest day yesterday for me. Today too. Not sure if I'll run agian before Saturday. Depends on what my legs tell me.

Tracy - I finally signed up for teh full. Knew I'd do at least that, but was tempted by Goofy for a while.

As for me, I got in a nice easy 4 miles this morning, with Jack. Followed that with 20 minutes ST at my building's gym.

Congrats Carrie on your TRI!!!

Never got out tonight to do any mile after work as it was raining and pouring and lightening and thundering. So I will try to make it up tomorrow.
Almost got to 100 miles last month -I am thinking this month I will break 100 miles!! That is my goal.

Hope everyone's training is coming along as before you know it January will be here. I know that it is still hot in places but we all want to be prepared when Marathon weekend comes around.

Hi Warriors! It's been a while since I've posted....

Finished up August, with a bang...and now onto September!!! Starting out with the DL half coming up this Sunday. hmmm, not sure if I'm ready to run...but I'm sure I'll finish!

I'll be staying the week for the D23 convention, so if anyone would like me to pick something up for them, let me know. I can't wait!

I hope everyone is getting their miles in and having a good time !

Wow Marcia and Lily the DL half's come around so quickly!!!! I'm certain you'll both be fab and i'll def be thinking of you on sunday.

Jeff i love the crocs and another awesome run with BBQ photos to make me very green! It's properly into autumn already here so no more BBQs for us apparently.

As for me- it's been so windy that i did my run at the gym on TM- 56 mins 6.15miles, the first 30mins running 3.4-4% incline to try to get used to incline running. Phew. All that after a very exciting day furniture and accessory shopping for our rented bungalow! I think my arms might fall off! Also found out we might be on bean bags for the 1st week as sofa won't be ready

When tehy scream in pain while you are sitting at your desk at work, they need some time off. yes, I'm brilliant. ;-) lol About the bean bags, it will make ofr great stories later. have fun with it!

It seems I will be six moths pregnant at that time and it will be if the doctor gives the okay. Anyway August totals are 50.35 miles and time is 8.43. I hope evreyone doing the Disneyland half and other events have a safe and great weekend.
