Warranty....keep your merchandise receipts

Does anyone know what the contact number to buy stuff from the parks, I have seen it before but cannot recall where. We bought the canvas Mickey crocs for DD 13 she wore them for the first time on October 7, the canvas has ripped as of Friday, I am not too happy I would expect $50 to take us to at least 30 days...
Not sure if there is anything to be done, but if I had bought them anywhere else I would return them, I still have the receipt so I figure I have nothing to lose by trying.
 
I have a different number (877-560-6477). Just in case the first number doesn't work out for you.

I did test the number before posting, but it's possible there are two.
 
Also, you can contact Crocs directly, I have found their customer service to be excellent and it doesn't matter to them where you bought the shows, as long as they are real crocs, their number is 1-866-306-3179.

Usually they will mail you out a new pair (providing you give a credit card guarantee), then give you a prepaid shipping label to ship the old ones back with a copy of the receipt. At least that has been my experience.
 
...but they don't have the canvas Mickey crocs on their site...so I am not sure if they can help or not...it guess I will try one and if I don't get satisfaction. Try the other...nothing ventured nothing gained...thanks for the numbers and help everyone!
 
I have had nothing but positive experiences with merchandising when there has been a problem. The best bet is to also have the receipt information available.

I purchased them on October 2. They offer a thirty day return/exchange window. Thirty days was Friday,we were travelling on Friday to another city, returned last night, she found the tear Friday but I left it deal with when we got home. grrrrr!

To compound the frustration, DD did not want to break in new shoes in the park, so she did not even wear them until we flew home, October 7!

They offered to sell me a new pair at full price and wave the shipping. These are $50 crocs I cannot stomach paying that twice!


I am emailing to try and get some goodwill warranty....breath not held

After t that I guess I will try Crocs directly not hopeful thoug as they are not on their site.
 
I literally just got off the phone with the 877-560-6477 (the number on the receipt) about a damaged purse (though I'll state that in my case I had called previously...simply lost the RMA and address), and they were perfectly happy to help.

Call them again, see if a different CM will understand that they ripped before the 30 days was up, but you were only now able to get a moment to call.
 
What number can I call if I want to order a bathrobe from the Grand Californian? I was going to all the lobby of the hotel, but should I call this number instead?

Call the number above. Tell them exactly what you want, they will take care of you. On the off shot it had to be ordered through the hotel since its not in the park, they will give you the number to call. :)

So as above I tried calling to have my daughters shoes replaced, and had no luck. So I emailed and requested some good will warranty, as they were damaged on warranty but I could not call till after.

The email response and phone call took a few weeks to hear back, but they have shipped a new pair!!!:cool1::cool1::cool1:

All they needed was a copy of the receipt!!
