Hi!
I have been to Disney World many times, but never in February. We are planning our trip for the last week in February. Can any of you tell me if it will be too cold for a pool day? Thanks!!

We go that week every year, and honestly, it can vary! Last year we had a day in the 80s, a couple of days in the 70s, and a few in the 50s in the middle. We were actually at Sea World one day that it was 54, I was in a t-shirt, sweatshirt, and North Face shell the whole day. I always pack for every possibility!

Oh, and we're from NH, so coming from GA, I'd assume you'd feel colder than us!

We have gone many times also, but never in February so are wondering the same thing. We will be going with kids that love to swim, so are hoping we can swim at that time too! We are planning on going February 17 (Presidents week :worried:) so also hoping it won't be too crowded! Yikes what are we in store for? We usually go in April/May!!!

Extremely difficult to predict. Sometimes we will have actual frost on the lawns and have to scrape off the windows of the car, then the temps will go up during the day sometimes so high we have to put the a/c on and then that night we have to switch to have the heat on. Prepare for it all. Definitely pack your gloves as they are expensive in the parks and they run out fast.

The resort pools are at a steady temp ( I forget what ) but it's the getting out that will cause those blue lips !

We're from NE Georgia. We've gone in February and it's way to cold for us to swim.

Thanks everyone! I guess we will pack the swimsuits just in case and as always the ponchos.
I have the unfortunate luck of having rain on most of my vacations. We went to Disney on our Honeymoon and our room almost flooded courtesy of Tropical Storm Faye.

Well thanks for the heads up that was YOUR fault......please stay home :rolleyes1

I'll be there in February too, and I've only ever been in September before. It'll be really unusual to not just pack all shorts/skirts/tshirts/tank tops! However, I've been scoping out a few trip reports from people who have run the Princess Half Marathon and most of the people appear to be wearing summery clothing, so I'm assuming it'll at least be warm enough in the afternoons for a dip. Where I'm from I'm used to a mixed bag, but I usually prefer my vacations to be as hot as they come.

Nobody's going to be able to tell you that. It might be 80 or it might be 40.

Well don't judge by the runners. Here's an example Last Feb a friend of mine's report People in background: some shorts Look at what my friend & her family are wearing Keep scrolling down and you'll find a sea of ponchos too. It's a real crapshoot with weather. As far as I'm concerned after the devastation of Hurricane Sandy to NY/NJ/other areas all bets are off with weather.

We were down 1st week of February this year. Beginning of the week it was middle to upper 80's and sunny, end of the week was low 60's and drizzle.

We've been in February three times. Once it was so cold we needed hats, mittens, scarves and coats. Another time we were sweating bullets by 9:30 a.m. and left the parks to swim by lunchtime. And yet another time it was perfectly in between. You'll have to come prepared for anything! :-)

In January (similar in weather to February), we had a couple of really cold days, including low 30s. They weren't even running EE. Then, we had a couple of days in the 70s, in the same week! Crazy! So, it may be possible to do a pool day or not.
