Wanting clarification

Has anyone who is not staying at the Poly recently driven over to eat there after 2pm, I saw a video posted on youtube saying that you can now drive over to eat there after 2pm without having to be staying there. We are going the first week of November and was wanting to drive over there to eat after 2pm.

I do know that this 2 PM time reference predated the start of the new entrance work at the Polynesian, and the removal of a large block of parking spaces. If you have an ADR there is no issue but for the outer venues let's wait to see if anyone has recent experience.
